The salon is spotless and clearly very well cared for, which immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and attentive. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing while still feeling glamorous and luxe. The manicure is flawless, and my pedicure was wonderful. I definitely recommend! 💅✨
This place is my favorite! They always do a good job in doing my nails. It always comes out perfect, clean and thin! The staff is also very nice, meticulous and attentive. Sorry for the long review but you need background: I’ve been shopping around the Galleria area for a while trying to figure out where I really want to go. I’ve been to super cheap places that weren’t clean, and I’ve been to super expensive places with mediocre technicians. That said, I finally feel like I found my spot. First, the technicians (Don and Nikki) were top-notch — honestly better than some of the most expensive salons I’ve been to in the area (see pic). Second, the staff was genuinely attentive, responsive, and happy. And I only say happy because, as someone who works in the service industry (I’m a Medical Aesthetician), I know how rare that is these days. Great service is harder than ever to find, and a lot of places make you feel like you’re inconveniencing them. That was absolutely not the case here. Lastly, I value a family-friendly, welcoming environment over chandeliers and flash. If the service is great, the place is clean, and people genuinely smile at me, I’m sold. All that to say — I highly recommend this salon. It truly feels like finding a needle in a haystack. If you go, ask for Don and Nikki. They were amazing!
Oh my gosh !!!! Soo let’s start off with the hospitality!!! They were super amazing very organized they literally closed in 1 hour and took me and my best friend in ! And man the work they do with their nails from the shaping to the smallest details!! And bottomless mimosas everyday !!! The aesthetics are to die for super cute and very upscale they DONT use cheap nail products at all and the prices are NOT expensive at all you literally get what you pay for from the moment you walk in until you leave !!! It’s literally a one stop shop hair , nails , lashes , eyebrows , waxing , facials the list goes on thank you guys so much for everything !!!!!!! Shout out to Nikki & Don 💕💕🙏🏾
