With a 4.4-star rating across 916 reviews, Legacy Nails & Spa has drawn substantial feedback from local customers, with experiences that vary by visit and service.
Reviews describe a calm, polished atmosphere and welcoming touches. One guest visiting with her mother for the head spa said the staff were ready for their arrival and offered green tea, and praised the experience. Another customer called the setting peaceful and noted that wine, mimosas, champagne, and water were available. Those details may appeal to people hoping for a relaxing break, a self-care outing with a family member, or a salon visit that feels unhurried. The comments are individual impressions, so guests may find their own experience differs.
Nail services receive mixed feedback in the reviews. Some customers say they left happy with their nails, and one guest specifically praised the extra attention given to rough heels during a pedicure. Others reported concerns about nail shape, designs not matching what they requested, pedicure nails being cut unevenly or too short, and gel polish wrinkling or chipping after an acrylic set. A customer with polish concerns said the salon invited them to return for a repair, though their work schedule delayed the visit. If you have a particular shape, length, design, or finish in mind, sharing those preferences clearly before and during the service can help set expectations.
Pricing and communication are also part of the customer picture: one reviewer appreciated that prices were stated upfront, without unexpected fees at checkout. For the best fit, consider explaining your preferred look in detail and checking that the plan is clear before work begins. The salon is open Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. These hours and the listed address can help you plan a visit; confirm current service details and timing directly with the business if needed.

Went in yesterday for an appointment with Jasmine. Nice nail tech but horrible services. My nails are crooked and not shaped correctly.. I wanted a design and came out with a different look that I asked. Then I got a pedicure and they cut my nails too short and uneven. I told them I didn’t like it and had to still pay $115 for services that weren’t done correctly… I’m so frustrated!!
Genuinely loved everything about this place. We were recommended to the head spa from a other location, and it did not disappoint. From the second my mom and I walked in, they were expecting us. They treated us to green tea and kindness. The experience of the head spa was 10/10. Amy and Gwen, both, did an amazing job. They made us feel comfortable and relaxed. I can not say enough good things about the staff. If you want to be pampered, this is your place! **Thank you for such an unforgettable day. We'll definitely be back!
Maily did a wonderful job especially on my rough heels she spend extra attention to them & it was well worth coming here for my first time .. very bougie~ very demure ~ very peaceful atmosphere plenty of wine mamosas wine & champagne oh & water as well.
Always a great experience here—truly the best out of all the nail salons I’ve visited. • Pricing is always upfront—no random or hidden fees at the end of the service, …
I got new set of Acrylic with gel polish. When I left the shop my nails “looked” great. The next day some of the polish began to be warp like, wrinkle like & other nails were chipping. I called, was told to come back in to fix them. Since I work 12hr shifts I could not make it back until Tuesday (4 days after start of problems). When I went back, I got NO apology, they accused me of not letting it dry when I received nails services. The repair was sloppy, I walked out the shop and had to go back because It was so poorly done, not smooth and the nail was not completely painted. The worker was rude, they were talking fast in their language, at this time he started telling me that he remembered me and I didnt keep my thumb under the light correctly when he was doing my nails (the initial services). No apology. No concern. They acted like I was a bother. (1) they are the experts; they should know if my nails are dry or not before they tell me it’s done (2) the problem was objective, visual to all of us. (3) no financial compensation for having to return. I made time in my schedule to go get my nails done. Unfortunately I did not plan time for repair of mess ups. (4) I walked around all weekend with poor quality pitiful nails. (5) nail polish issues happened twice. Both times it was the very next day after When companies give poor quality services and/or products my time, causing me repeated returns, to get it fixed. They should be kind, apologetic and financially compensate me as a customer; offer something as a means to show concern. These pics show when I left the shop and when issues started happening. My nail looks a hot mess. Prior to this, I had positive encounters. I don’t know if this poor quality is specific to certain employees doing the service, the equipment, the polish type, etc. I don’t know, but I’m disappointed.
