This pharmacy is amazing! Legacy has come through for us so many times. Especially their service of delivering it straight to your home. What a blessing they have been.
I’ve used the pharmacy for a few prescriptions. Yesterday I logged into my health insurance app and saw Legacy submitted a $719 claim for a refill I did not ask for, nor receive, and my insurance processed it. It’s for a med I don’t refill often and do not have on auto-refill. When I spoke to Legacy they said it was a “curtesy refill.” Seemed sketchy and I’ll be transferring my meds out. Update: to respond to Legacy’s comment. Yes I kept getting calls from them which were annoying and I didn’t answer because I didn’t need anything. It does not seem right that without me talking to them, being on auto refill, or requesting a refill that they go ahead and do it out of the blue this month.
Excellent process for ordering meds on line. Medications are delivered to my door the next day or two. Easy to get someone on the phone and answer questions about status of my order

I ordered my medication through the Nimble app for delivery, but it never arrived, even though the app showed it as delivered. I waited five additional days past the estimated delivery date. During that time, the pharmacy staff repeatedly told me over multiple calls that the medication would arrive that day and that the app was showing incorrect information. I eventually had to cancel the prescription.
