My doctor had me use this pharmacy even though I already had one close to my home. Every time I needed a refill, I was told I had to call ahead. However, my physician had already sent the prescription weeks in advance so it would be pre-approved and ready for pickup, which should have eliminated the need to keep calling. They also seem overly focused on collecting payments without clearly explaining costs to their customers. They don’t take the time to let you know if you have a deductible, what your financial responsibility is, or how much your medications will cost before charging you. Instead, it feels like they expect payment without providing much transparency. Because of the lack of communication and explanation regarding costs, the experience came across as more focused on money than on customer service. For that reason, I requested that my medications be transferred to my local pharmacy
There's a reason I use this small pharmacy across town, across from. A high school. Then say any other pharmacy. Viru (sorry if I misspelled!) Is the man. He and his staff make sure you're taken care of. Before he took time off for holidays, he got me sorted befor hand. They off delivery but I have not tried their service. Thank you viru and co!
This gentleman is so kind and compassionate with concern of my wellbeing. He calls to check on me when any new medications are added. I absolutely LOVE this pharmacy! The pharmacist and the people there are so nice! They take the time to explain everything to and make sure you understand what it is you need to do. They did free delivery for me, which was great, because I live around 40 minutes away. I couldn't figure something out with my glucose meter and both the pharmacist and the people working there called me and help me figure it out. Love this pharmacy!!!
