Wow! I had an opportunity to finally try this bakery I pass weekly - I am pretty impressed with the first visit. All I hoped for was something sweet as I walked in. I ordered the cannoli, my first... The chocolate on each end was sweet and thick, the sweet but brittle pastry was filled with a white creme filling and topped with a chocolate creme. I could tell a lot of effort went into making this and my taste buds appreciate their effort! Really tasty, and they had full selection that I will be returning soon to sample!

The food is phenomenal. The lemon Citron. These are true authentic people from France. A lot of the local population in Denver, doesn't really have diverse cultural experiences as such as visiting France or dealing with people from France. Their culture and attitude is very different from those of the United States. So when you go in there. Remember you're not going to visit your grandmother. You're going to bi-authentic French desserts and pastries. Remove your emotion from the experience. And you'll come out happy with tasty food. If your expectations are that you're going to TJI Fridays, you are very much mistaken.

A friend brought a fruit tart from this spot and wow. Super fresh with a great glaze and an amazing crust. The pastry cream was super light but so much flavor. Regarding the reviews in the service, this is a tiny bakery run by a frenchmen where English is not his first language. Lighten up people and enjoy the amazing pastries.

The best and most authentic French pastry shop in metro Denver. The pastry chef is an older gentleman from South of France and he knows his art inside out. Highly, highly recommend even if you’re on your way to Paris tomorrow morning!

Absolutely steller pastries. Wonderful staff. I don't know how this place could have had reviews, I think there might be a slight language and cultural barrier? Seriously though, if you want good pastries, which are hard to find in Denver, this is the place.
