I’m OBSESSED with cat eye & not many salons do it, but I really lucked out with Lilys Nail & Spa! HENRY IS THE BEST! I love my shape, he took his time, even gave me a little hand massage that i very much & HOLLY IS ALSO AMAZING! She did my pedicure, i loved her massages and the time she took to try & match my nails to my toes! I am so grateful & Im definitely coming back to see these two wonderful people! I just love my nails, i was going for a fall color and i love purple too. This color gave me the best of both worlds. Plumish that goes into a bronze. LOVE IT!

I recently visited Lily's Nail and Spa, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. From the moment I walked in, the vibe felt off. I was escorted to a chair and asked to sit, and it took quite a while before anyone came to begin my service. I didn’t mind the wait at first, but things only went downhill from there. Once my service started, I was offered a drink, which I appreciated. However, the area where I was seated was extremely crowded, making it uncomfortable. The gentleman working there picked up my drink by the rim — where you actually place your mouth — and moved it to the other side. Later, the woman doing my manicure picked up the same cup by the rim again and moved it back. Throughout my service, staff continued touching the rim of my cup. At one point, another employee was reaching over it with his back and underarms hovering directly over my drink. His body was so close that it was practically touching my cup. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable drinking it. The service itself was just as disappointing. The technician who performed my manicure handled my hands roughly, almost tossing them around without any gentleness or care. I couldn’t get comfortable at all. As a first-time customer, I expected a welcoming and attentive experience — if anything, first-time clients should receive extra care — but that was not the case. The quality of the manicure and pedicure was poor. There was still dead skin left around my nail beds, and it felt like there was no attention to detail. Overall, the service was not exemplary — it wasn’t even standard. It was below standard and extremely disappointing. I don’t know if regular customers receive better treatment, but as a first-time visitor, this experience did not encourage me to return.

very great work!! work very fast and lee does amazing detailed work and she’s very sweet. i’m usually under satisfied from other salons but today i was very happy and prices are cheap aswell i would come again !!

Lily has been doing my nails for 16 years. When she is not available she always find someone who can do my nails how I like them. They care a lot about customer service and you can always let them know immediately if something needs to be changed to get it just right! I often bring my daughter as well (Christmas nails) and they are so sweet to her. These are my TS12 nails!

First of all, their attitudes are horrible. Walked in to get a full set and told them 3x that’s what I wanted. They continued to ask as if they didn’t comprehend exactly what I said. Not sure who the girl was in the blue and white shirt but her attitude was extremely negative. Way too overpriced for the service. They do $20 nails but charge $55. I was also told that they don’t do designs on regular polish, you have to pay $15 extra dollars on top of the design fee & that it’s an extra 5% if you pay cash and $1 extra if you pay by card. Insane.
