I’ve been coming here for almost an entire year and I’ve always been happy every time I leave. The staff knows exactly what I want and understands what I need every time I come. I also really appreciate that this is my self-care time where I can be quiet while my Nails are being done. Highly recommend coming here especially since prices are very reasonable!

I’d like to preface this by saying I have never left a bad review. That being said, this was by far the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. I went in to get a gel manicure right before my birthday, and I had an idea of what I wanted done: French tips, but with a light blue base color and white tips. I personally haven’t seen this before but I thought it would be cute. The nail tech then kind of made fun of me, and said “no….that would be weird. You should just do blue tips” she brought it up again and said “why did you want blue with white tips?”. I brushed it off and laughed at the time, I thought maybe she was right and it was weird, completely second guessed myself in the moment. We went with light blue tips, looking back now this was the first red flag. I already had gel which needed to be removed, and every manicure I’ve ever had they remove the gel by buffing off the top layer, soaking in acetone, then scraping it off with a tool. This place did not use any acetone, they just used a machine to buff off all of my gel off of my natural nails. I noticed halfway through that the container that the tool attachments were soaking in was a reused food (maybe pickle?) jar. My guess is that this isn’t a proper disinfecting set up. One she started working on the blue tips, I noticed that she was doing them pretty thin. I asked for another layer of blue and to make the blue thicker, to which again she said “no… that wouldn’t look right, it has to be thinner.” I’m not an argumentative person, and I genuinely took her word for it because she already made me feel stupid for asking for something different. It was a wild experience, I’ve never been told no or been made fun of in a customer service experience. I’ve also never felt like I needed to argue with someone providing a service. In hindsight I should’ve trusted my gut and put my foot down harder (I did a little, but not enough clearly). After I got home I realized you can still fully see my natural nail under the gel. It’s only been 6 days and my gel is already chipped, which has never happened to me this quickly. My birthday nails also just look truly awful. I will never go back.

The experience was great, but unfortunately the shellac color completely shifted the next day as if the massage oil or another product used during the spa part ruined it? Super disappointing considering cost paid. Must be unusual considering the good reviews overall… sharing to alert the team.

The workers are very friendly and helpful, giving me advices and were very dedicated in their work. They did their best to give the best service possible, which I appreciate. The massage afterward is to die for. The store also have a friendly and warm atmosphere, clean and cute. And they also give out some good deals. Will come back again!
