Yea the old Asian lady is rude but so is yo mama and no one complains about her. She’s def overpriced but everything I buy from her lasts.
I was paying for a ring with my credit card and the rude cashier with no maners and a bad attitude since i came in the store took down my info in a paper my credit card info and license info put it inside a notebook and told me it’s a store policy I ask her why she said it's a policy that she dont tell the customer that she dont ask permission to put down your license and credit info but I immediately told her to cancel that transaction and requested back my info she put in a notebook she got very upset because i told her thats not legal imagine the customer how I feel!! be very careful people. Scammers are everywhere…
Never , girl with attitude and I’m ready to buy a wedding ring and she say a price , I choose to pay with my card and she say 140$ more . Never again go this place she just wants you to pay cash all the time. Very rude and unprofessional.
Do not ever go to this business they overcharge for their jewelry and the owner is very rude. They advertise for piercings but when you call them for a piercing they are never available she will literally tell you that you have to wait for multiple repairs just to get a service performed by them. She has no understanding of business practices and I would never give this jewelry store my money and you would be playing yourself giving them your money also
I bought a 14k gold ring to propose to my wife , I had told the lady that my wife’s ring size was 5&1/2 but she resized the ring to a 5 ... I left the store not knowing the ring was 1/2 smaller than request, I went home and tried the ring on my pinkie finger and it couldn’t fit . I retired the same day to tell her the ring didn’t fit & she charged me $10 to rezise it even though it wasn’t my fault she got the size wrong at first . Never the less I paid the $10 and got it resized , it fit my wife perfectly . She loved it ! The lady at the store was really nice and helpful , the store was clean and had a lot of rings and chains and bracelets to choose from . I recommend this place to anyone in the area !!!!!!!!! The prices are also not expensive & the quality of anything sold in store was 100% pure and true !!!
