I love Los Globos Bakery!! I have been ordering our cakes from them for many years and they are always delicious and the cakes are exactly like our inspiration pictures! I definitely recommend them!
Very delicious strawberry tres leches cake, and always make it just like the pictures I showed her. I’m obsessed!! I ordered here every occasion and the guests always complimented on how good the cake was!
Walking into this place smells like heaven, the staff is extremely friendly as well as thorough with the details. It's not a big place but the flavor huge. Visually our cake was clean and elegant. The prices are fair and the sweet breads look delicious. They were able to help with a last minutes order and have a cake ready for us next day, less than 24 hours. As a former pastry chef I was impressed with this place. It is definitely our new bakery place!
I would not recommend at all. Horrible customer service!! Just to clarify no I did not get mad because they do not accept food stamps. That would be crazy. I felt attacked. I called and asked “I dont think you do, but do yall happen to accept food stamps?” Which they responded with “this is why this country is the way that it is, because of people like you. This is why they dont like hispanic people because yall like to live off the government” I was in complete shook because it was supposed to be a simple yes or no answer. But at this point I was still nice and said “you dont know my situation & I dont think its professional for you to say this to a customer” which she responded with “no, im not going to stay quiet and im going to say what I think” and went off talking about the government ect. and judging me because I have food stamps. Anyways I called another place close by on 1960. I also asked if they accepted food stamps. They kindly said “sorry we dont” which I totally understand. And even though they didnt accept food stamps I ended up buying the cake from them because they gave me a reasonable price and was convinient to me. Also that lady was super nice, not like this place. Honestly, its not so hard to treat other people with respect & provide good customer service.
