Glad to have an Asian grocery store in the Tampa area. Lotte Plaza Market has everything from fresh seafood, fresh veggies to a variety of snacks. There’s even a food court with plenty of Asian cuisine options. There is plenty of parking available.

I am very disappointed at this time. This is a market that I frequent may be at least once or twice a month. I was in There Friday the fourth and I was looking for my kimchi dumplings, but they didn’t have it well the small six pack so I decided today to go get some pastries and then I wanted some dumplings so we all know BB go is the best brand of dumplings well they have some in the deep cooler, but they all were soft and they should be frozen so somethings wrong with their freezer to where it’s not freezing the food because everything was soft and I know that this is supposed to be frozen so I went out directly across from it to the freezer section and I saw a bag of the BB go vegetable dumpling. I pulled one from the back cause I don’t really like to pull the first one on the shelf as you can see on the receipt I purchased this at 1:25 PM on September 6 came home put them in the freezer put everything away, cleaned up and decided to go ahead and cook my food well a punt opening the bag of dumplings as you can see you can tell that they’ve been melted and refrozen. They are clump together in a ball and breaking apart. These are an edible. I don’t feel like going back out to the store right now so I might go later, but this is very disappointing. They need to fix their freezer so beware a lot of the items in the open freezers are not frozen. They’re soft and they should be frozen and then they’re taking some of those and putting them in the freezer to refreeze them and this is what you get. I might attempt to return later as I’m done running my errands and I’m about to take a nap but the fact of the matter is, I’m disappointed in their actions.
Great variety of vegetables ,fruit and Fish! They also have Korean BBQ & Korean Fried Chicken , Pho , Tteokbokki and more . They also have the viral Mango ice cream and Boba ( Ninja Tea boba with brown sugar is amazing) from Luna Tea. Korean chicken is amazing we got both bone in and boneless ( I prefer the bone in ) they cook it perfectly!!
