Sign in to reviewThe price was good, but I rather pay a little more for a clean job, plus she did not like it that I told her I wanted a flat tip on my nails, not a curve nail. She made it very obvious that it bother her but I’m paying customer. I said medium length she gave me small nails. She didn’t ask me if I wanted nail polish she put white powder. I wasn’t very happy with my nails. I was reference here by a coworker, but I’d rather wait until Wendy is there because this lady had bad service and bad attitude didn’t ask me what shape I want. I had to tell her she didn’t ask me if I want gel or powder . I asked for a certain length. And she still cut them shorter. When I said medium length. And it doesn’t even look like a coffin shape to me either it looks square to me. But I’m going to wait until Wendy is back from her vacation since that’s what they’re saying, and hopefully is true they’re not just saying that.
Never thought I’d give this place a 1 but my visit today 2/7/24 was a bad experience and won’t be going back! First it started with my toes, as my toes were being done the lady cut me not once but serval times then put what smelled of alcohol rub on my cuts. She then proceed to cut my toes nails way shorter then I requested which now they look like nubs. I’m so disappointed with my nails. I can’t recall the lady who my nails but from my experience it seemed like she did not know what she was doing. Me being a nice person I tried giving the benefit of the doubt to just let her try but OMMGGG I want to scream. Red flag should have been she didn’t know how to do half the stuff I wanted her to do. I even offered to wait for someone else that knows and she insisted on doing my nails. I had to tell her several times my nails are uneven and not straight but she was very rude and impatient. Just look at the pictures!!
I am very happy with my nails and how they turned out. I love the glitter and the color of the acrylic powder. The woman did a great job perfecting the shape of my nails without rushing. She tried a different acrylic color at first, which I didn‘t like. Eventually, she changed it to this nude shade, which matches my skin color. The sparkle suits Christmas and New Year‘s Eve very much. I‘m in love!
The worst place to get nails done. When you do it with Lisa your nails will break the second day. Dede is the worst at pedicure and nails she has the worst attitude and she doesn't wanna listen and wants to do the shape she wants. Dede wants to cut your nails without ur permission she goes all the way and cuts the skin hands & toes. They expect you to pay money with a bad service and won't offer to fix anything if it goes wrong. I advise anyone going to do their nails somewhere else where people treat you nicely and efficiently.
Twice I’ve made an appointment days ahead and BOTH times they have been 30+ minutes behind and showed zero hustle or care. Another lady walked out after waiting 45 minutes for her appointment. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. They did all have time to get a back door food delivery of a ton of groceries. To a Salon. Full of waiting customers.
