Lucky Foot Spa is a reflexologist in New Orleans, Louisiana, at 1124 Decatur St, New Orleans, LA 70116. It is an option for visitors and locals looking for foot reflexology or a massage while spending time in the city. Customer accounts describe foot-focused sessions and a back massage, with some mentioning neck and shoulder work. Since reviews do not establish a complete service menu or explain which treatments are included, ask the staff to confirm exactly what you are booking before a session begins.
The experience described by customers varies. Some reviewers speak warmly about the people who work there and say they returned on later visits to New Orleans. One customer described starting with foot reflexology and then choosing a back massage, while another said a short foot massage helped tired feet after a day of exploring. These accounts suggest Lucky Foot Spa may suit someone seeking a convenient moment of relaxation, especially after walking around the area. They are individual experiences, not a guarantee that every visit or treatment will be the same.
Other reviewers raise concerns about communication and service expectations. In particular, some describe additional neck or shoulder work being offered or started without a clear explanation of whether it was included or would cost extra. If you prefer a foot-only session, say so clearly when arranging the service. Before agreeing to any added treatment, confirm its price and duration, and ask that no additional work begin without your permission. Clear questions at the start can help make sure the service matches your expectations.
Lucky Foot Spa has a listed customer rating of 4.3 out of 5 from 63 reviews. That score offers one quick reference, while the written feedback provides more detail: customers report both enjoyable visits and frustrations about service communication. Consider both when deciding whether the spa fits what you are looking for. If you have a particular treatment in mind, confirm that it is available and what the quoted price covers rather than relying on assumptions based on another guest’s visit.
The spa’s listed hours are 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. every day, Monday through Sunday. Its Decatur Street address makes it a clearly located choice for anyone seeking reflexology in New Orleans, but it is sensible to verify current hours and service details before making a special trip. For the smoothest visit, state the treatment you want, agree on the price and length beforehand, and check whether any proposed add-on is optional. With those details settled, you can decide whether Lucky Foot Spa is the right place for a foot reflexology or massage visit in New Orleans.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lucky Foot Spa is hands-down my favorite reflexology and massage spot in New Orleans! I absolutely love the spirit of the people who work here. I visited twice during my last trip, and as soon as I returned to New Orleans, I came right back again. That alone should tell you how much I enjoy this place! Everyone who has come with me has left feeling relaxed and refreshed. The staff is thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely kind—they even charged our iPhones while we received our services. Anne and John were my therapists during my 60-minute session, and they did an amazing job. At one point, I looked up and saw one of the therapists walking on my back! I was impressed, and most importantly, I felt wonderful afterward. They were also very respectful of my privacy and made sure I remained properly covered, even though I was wearing a dress. On my second visit, I tried the four-hands massage. While the therapists still did an excellent job, I realized that style is not for me. There was simply too much happening at once! I prefer to slow down and savor each part of the massage rather than having several areas worked on simultaneously. That was my personal preference—not a reflection of their skill. The prices are reasonable, the space is welcoming, and the service keeps bringing me back. I woke up the next morning feeling refreshed and renewed. Lucky Foot Spa is a must-visit whenever I’m in New Orleans!
Great experience. Wendy took care of me. Initally started with a foot reflexology before opting for a back massage. …
Worst service ever, would NOT recommend. Husband and I stopped in for 30 min foot rub. Nice at first, and two more staff even came to rub our neck and shoulders. We immediately said we just wanted a foot rub, the guy said the neck/shoulders were included. We asked are you sure, he confirmed. Fast forward 10 minutes- he gets pushy, trying to get my husband to agree to a full body massage. My hubby declined, the man and a woman staff member insist. Literally shoved a calculator in his face (trying to convince us of the "great" price). Wouldn't take no for an answer. I then get angry and firmly say NO we want the foot rub ONLY. the guy got angry and threw his hands in the air, put a towel over my eyes, and the two people at our neck stopped (so much for that being included). Rest of the massage sucked, was clear they didn't want to continue. At the end, we paid, and the guy starts yelling at us about a tip. We said here's a tip- don't be so aggressive and rude. A total scam, a waste of money
I was influenced into getting a 20-min $24 foot massage by the man standing outside. With lack of sleep and tired feet from exploring, it was the best decision. The massage rejuvenated me for a moment with the relaxation spreading from my …
It’s not good business practice to 1) start a service on someone that they did not ask for, and 2) when the customer asks you if that is *extra* to clarify the price, refusing to answer how much more (if anything) the added service is. That’s what happened to me. If you go here and ask for a service, and you only asked for ONE service…and a second person joins in, tell them to STOP. That’s the only way to keep them from charging for more than you wanted. I would give one star as this business needs to abandon this hustle- do not start ANYTHING until giving a new price, and the customer consents to that new price. But 2 stars because the guy doing the foot massage was great and none of that is his fault. Still, I would not go back.
