My feelings about this place are mixed. The place is very clean, the staff are very kind, and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. The materials and tools they use also seem good and professional. However, unfortunately, even though the whole acrylic nail process was perfect, the finishing, which is the most important part especially with acrylic nails, was not up to the expected standard. I politely shared my feedback and left the place with a smile. I will come back again to give them another chance, and I may give a perfect rating later if the finishing improves.

💅🚫 Luxury Nails and Lashes — Extremely Disappointing Experience ⭐ I had a really horrible experience at Luxury Nails and Lashes. From the moment I walked in, the service felt rushed and unprofessional. I clearly asked for a soak-off and specifically said not to cut my nails, but she immediately started cutting them anyway. Before I could even react, my hands were placed in a bowl of acetone and left there for about 30 minutes while she disappeared to the back. No foils, no proper technique just a bowl with a very hot rag, which felt uncomfortable and careless. When she came back, it felt rushed again. She tapped on my nails, put them back in for a few more minutes, and continued without really communicating anything to me. She didn’t ask what shape I wanted and completely changed my nails from almond to square without checking. Now they’re jagged, uneven, and honestly look damaged. On top of that, I noticed hygiene issues. She was wearing the same gloves the entire time even after leaving and coming back and there was a hole in them, which is really concerning. It didn’t feel clean or sanitary at all. Customer service was also very poor. She barely spoke to me the whole time, and when it came to checkout, she just turned the screen toward me with the tip option already up and didn’t say much. The whole experience felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Now my nails and hands are extremely dry, brittle, and not shaped properly. Overall, this was a very bad experience, and I would not recommend this place.

Me and my wife stop by late Sunday. We had a great experience at this nail salon! The staff were super friendly and made we feel welcome right away. The service was excellent — they took their time and paid attention to every detail. My wife was really impressed by how many nail colors they have to choose from — there’s something for everyone! My wife's nails turned out perfect, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

If you are African American or minority don’t come here . These people are prejudice. They only cater to Caucasians. When I come in there there are no greetings but to Caucasian they will smile and their eyes will light up. I felt so uncomfortable and the customer service was lacking with me. Will never be back. And my nail was chipped after a day of coming here. Then they upsold me due to the acylic.

Sky was incredibly understanding and compassionate, especially since me and my aunty came in with kids. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel comfortable and welcomed, which truly meant a lot. The salon itself was clean, calm, and well-organized, creating such a relaxing experience. The nails turned out absolutely beautiful. Elegant, neat, and exactly like the inspiration photo we showed. I’m so happy with the results and the overall service. I would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back again!
