The business is open every day: Monday through Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. If you are planning a visit, checking the current hours and confirming service and payment details directly with the business can help you know what to expect.

Customer feedback describes massage sessions that can focus on areas of particular concern. One long-time customer says the therapists are attentive to areas that feel most bothersome, while another reviewer specifically praises the professionalism of the man and woman providing service. Reviews also mention Lucy and James as familiar therapists for some returning customers. Together, these experiences suggest that Lw massage may suit people seeking a practical massage appointment and those who value a professional, focused approach. The available information does not list particular massage techniques, treatment lengths, or a menu of services, so customers with specific needs may wish to ask what options are available before booking.

The business has a 4.0-star rating based on 92 reviews. Many comments describe positive experiences and repeat visits over several years, with customers appreciating the service and respectful treatment. Feedback is not entirely consistent, however. Some reviewers report concerns about payment, including an unexpected tip expectation, and one former customer describes being turned away after staff noticed a skin condition. These are individual accounts, not a complete description of every visit, but they are useful context for making an informed choice. If you have a skin condition or other health concern, consider contacting the business in advance and discussing whether a massage is appropriate with your healthcare professional.

For anyone comparing massage therapists in Tampa, Lw massage offers an accessible mall-based location and daily opening hours, with customer accounts that include both repeat visits and attentive sessions. It may be worth considering if you are nearby and want to ask about a massage focused on areas where you feel tension or discomfort. Before your appointment, clarify the price, how tips are handled, the service you will receive, and any policies that matter to you. A quick conversation can help set clear expectations and make your visit more comfortable. The address is inside Citrus Park Town Center Mall at Spc 8097, and Sunday hours are shorter than those on other days.
