M & M Auto Repairs

M & M Auto Repairs is an auto repair shop at 15612 N 32nd St Suite #7 in Phoenix, AZ. For drivers looking for a local place to ask about routine maintenance or a repair, customer feedback points to a practical, respectful approach: staff explain maintenance suggestions, while leaving the decision about what to do with the vehicle to its owner. That balance is especially welcome when a car needs attention and the driver wants clear guidance without feeling pressured to approve extra work. The shop has a 4.8-star rating from 135 reviews, with customers repeatedly mentioning honest service and a friendly team.

Reviews describe work ranging from oil changes to air-conditioning repair. One customer came in for an oil change after a friend’s recommendation and appreciated the budget-conscious pricing and quick vehicle scan. Another reviewer said an AC repair was completed in about an hour, making the visit easier than a long wait elsewhere. These experiences offer a useful picture of the shop’s everyday service: customers can bring common maintenance and repair needs to a team that aims to be efficient and considerate. The reviews do not promise a fixed turnaround for every job, so timing may depend on the vehicle and the work required.

Trust and communication are recurring themes in customer accounts. Reviewers praise owner Alain and the technicians for being honest, reliable, and willing to make recommendations without pushing customers to spend more than they are comfortable with. One customer describes the shop as a favorite after returning for service since 2011, while others highlight the team’s care and the way staff try to make a visit more comfortable. A reviewer also mentions a lovely waiting room, and another says staff offered a ride after an AC repair. These are individual experiences, but together they suggest a welcoming setting and attentive service.

M & M Auto Repairs may suit Phoenix drivers who value straightforward maintenance advice, considerate service, and a neighborhood repair shop rather than an impersonal, high-pressure visit. It is also worth considering if you need an oil change or air-conditioning repair, based on services customers specifically mention. The shop is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and closed Saturday and Sunday. Before visiting, contact the business directly to confirm availability and discuss your vehicle’s needs. For a local option in north Phoenix, its customer feedback emphasizes a simple promise: explain what the car may need, respect the owner’s choices, and provide helpful service.
