Sign in to reviewI had the worst experience here at Mai Thai Spa. Management is rude and very unknowledgeable. Upon entry, the vibe is unsettling and dark. You can tell they don’t keep up the place as there was dirt and filth all around. It looked like an abandoned clinic on the inside, which makes me wonder how they generate revenue because the customer service and ambiance was lacking. There are some reputable and good businesses within the plaza but unfortunately this isn’t one of them. Please beware of this business!
Julie and Angie is amazing always making sure I was ok at all times with proper pressure was provided to specific areas of tension aswome also very clean 100 % sanitary great job will definitely be back.
Mai Thai Spa is very clean with a relaxed atmosphere. The staff is very friendly, particularly my masseuse Sandy today. I had Sandy for a one hour massage. Her hands are very strong yet gentle in all the right spots she was dialed into which spots were sore and needed extra attention to get the kinks out. Her soft tone of voice and the gentle background music were exactly what I needed to relax and tune out the rest of the world Sandy spent plenty of time on my back shoulders and neck using long methodical strokes. She also was wonderful on my thighs, calves, and feet; she did not disappoint me when massaging my arms and hands! Sandy top my experience off with warm towels to clean the oil off my body. By the time I walked out of there, I felt like a completely new man! Thank you, Mai Thai Spa, and special thanks to Sandy! I look forward to returning there soon!
The absolute worst massage parlor I’ve ever been to! It stinks, the sheets aren’t clean, and they have roaches! Do not recommend! I would suggest you go somewhere nicer and better. Customer service also sucks. Idk if this place is a legit spa because the masseuse offered my husband a happy end when we went for a couples massage.
High quality massage spa. They do excellent massage, waxing, and shaving. Whenever I need to relax, I go to Mai Thai Spa. I feel that the people that write poor reviews about this place are people that don’t like Vietnamese people, so they write negative reviews. The Vietnamese ladies that work at the Spa are very kind and gentle people.
