I’ve been here a few times now and I love it more each time! The food is so good, haven’t had something I didn’t like yet. While the bahn mi isn’t exactly traditional, it is still very good — I’d highly suggest getting it with the pate. The sampler appetizer has a little bit of everything and is great for sharing. Pineapple fried rice was delicious. Pad Thai also great! If you’re a spicy eater like me, just go for very spicy. They have 4 spice levels (mild, medium, spicy, very spicy) and this is a reminder to myself to get very spicy next time. Thanks for the delicious meals!

My go to restaurant I enjoy a lot. The food is very amazing. We ordered a lot of their items, but their papaya salad, pineapple fried rice and the soup with coconut milk was amazing. I really like the Shishido paper as an appetizer that taste phenomenal everyone is very friendly and know how to make other people comfortable. I recommend to go there.

This was our second time dining at Malai Kitchen, and somehow it was even better than the first! Every single dish we tried from the appetizers to the entrées and dessert has been absolutely incredible!! The service has been exceptional both times we’ve visited, but today Mukisa made our experience unforgettable. She knew the menu inside and out, gave fantastic recommendations, and made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we sat down. She represents the restaurant so well and is a huge asset to the team. We’ll definitely be back soon. Malai Kitchen has officially become one of our favorite restaurants in the DFW area!!

Service was courteous and cordial. The food was brought out promptly and thoughtfully prepared; each item was well balanced and unique. Starring with the Tea leaf salad, it kept the original elements but added a crispy carrot garnish that left my continuously going back for another bite. The entrees were also served hot and exceptionally balanced, the Pineapple fried rice (medium) was just the right balance between, spicy, sweet, and umami. The Saigon fried chicken was perfectly cooked, sweet and crispy on the outside and succulent and juicy on the inside. Restaurant was busy but staff was great and made sure to make each guest feel welcome with personally devoted staff members. The vietnamese coffee was a bit "weaker" than expected, and the noise was a bit on the loud side but that's the only thing near a "negative" from our experience. 9/10 would highly recommend.
