Nam Kao was very tasty. The rice had good mix of flavor and texture. One of the best I've had from the various Thai restaurants. So definitely will get Nam Kao again next time. Angel wings which to them should be chicken wings since it is not what angel wings should be compared to other Thai restaurants where it would be chicken thigh stuffed with glass noodles etc. but it has good flavor and was delicious. The Phad Kee Mao was so so. Lacking the overall flavor of what it should taste like and I prefer fried noodles to have some smoky taste to it when it is cooked at high heat. Param sauce was flavorful, and the steamed vegetables had a good variety to it. The downside of it was that the meat (pork) was on the not so tender side and a little overcooked.

Had a wonderful lunch here. The medium heat chicken larb is perfectly executed: spices well balanced, meat perfectly seasoned and cooked with cold lettuce and cucumber slices that provide a good contrast against the building heat from chilis. A little tingle to the mouth for about 20 minutes after the meal. Service was prompt, polite and attentive. The atmosphere of the space is very nice, tables are well set with all the things you need from cutlery to hot sauces and tamarind dry powder

Mekong absolutely delivered an incredible dining experience for our family! We shared a few dishes, and every single one was a hit. The sticky wings were delicious—definitely get a side of sticky rice to soak up every last drop of that amazing sauce. The salt & pepper wings had the perfect crunch, and the curry puffs were so flaky and flavorful. I always get a side of peanut sauce with them (because that’s the best way to eat them—unless you’re allergic, of course!). Now, let’s talk about the nam khao—hands down, the best I’ve ever had. Every bite was crispy, tangy, and full of flavor. And even though we almost skipped the mango sticky rice (thinking mango was out of season), we are so glad we ordered it. The mango was perfectly ripe, sweet, and juicy—pure dessert bliss! The drinks were just as fantastic. I’m a huge hibiscus fan, so I had to try their hibiscus drink—it was slightly sweet, slightly bitter, and absolutely delicious. Their Thai coffee was also incredible—rich, smooth, and just the right amount of sweet. To top it all off, the service was exceptional. Our server was so sweet, fun to talk to, and made our experience even better. Oh, and if you love a good deal, their happy hour from 5 to 7 is amazing—20% off selected dishes and BOGO on selected drinks! Overall, this dinner was a total success. We had a great time enjoying incredible food together, and we’ll definitely be back for more!
