Sign in to reviewAs soon as I walked in I felt like home, the books the coffee shop jazz, and the great customer service. Loved this hidden gem. I order the island passion, no sugar. I’m glad I did it was perfectly sweetened without the add sugar. 10/10 would recommend
We visited Rainbow Teashop for the first time and honestly, we loved it. It might just become our go-to spot with the kids – a little ritual of ours. The atmosphere is very pleasant – bright, nice, with cozy little corners and a lovely bookshelf, and board games. There’s a real sense of calm, and even the kids, who are usually quite energetic, seemed to relax there. We ordered mango tea with jelly and mango tea with boba, and both were exactly as they should be – fresh, aromatic, and not overly sweet. You can tell they’re made with care, not just quickly thrown together. The kids loved them too, which is always the best test. We also got macarons (Mac Snacks) – fresh, delicate, and really tasty. A great addition to the drinks. The service was kind and calm, without any pressure or rushing. We’ll definitely be back.
I had the strawberry matcha latte! I forgot to shake the drink before I stuck the straw in so I got chunks of strawberry syrup/jam which wasn’t my fav. But after I properly mixed the drink, it tasted great (drinker error)! Cute wall decorations and would be a cozy place to study, hangout with friends, or read (love the book shelf)! Also think it’s nice that there’s a printer if you ever needed to print anything!
Unfortunately, I had to throw the two drinks I paid $20 for away after just a couple sips of each drink. The flavor of the drinks were terrible and unexpected from the norm. I got a honey green tea with cheese cloud foam, aloe vera, and basil seeds AND a winter melon tea with cheese cloud foam and grass jelly. These are drinks I've gotten before. I came here last week and the drinks were great! Today, I was so disappointed. The green tea did not taste like green tea at all, and it had a strange orange color. The cheese cloud foam was so great last week. Thick and flavorful. Today, it was watery and inconsistent with clumps. The aloe vera was soft instead of firm with that slight crunch you usually get with aloe vera. For both my drinks I got less sweet, but they were both way too sweet. Especially the winter melon drink. It's unfortunate. I paid $20! I believe they're under new management now, and they will be changing their name to Manna within the next week. With this change, so has the quality changed.
Delicious milk tea. Also great customer service. My wife got a Jasmine milk tea that she did not enjoy (she doesn't like dry green teas and it was drier than expected, I liked it just fine) and they gave her a replacement drink no hassle. Mango milk tea was divine. Love that they have so many community things here. Chill vibes, games, local adverts, printer, comfy chairs. Solid hang out spot.
