Customer feedback describes a range of individual experiences, with an overall rating of 4 stars from 21 reviews. Several reviewers highlight attentive, polite therapists and say they felt comfortable during their appointments. One customer specifically requested deep-tissue work and praised the pressure and attention given to knots in their back. Another reviewer valued the therapist’s flexibility and skill. These comments may help prospective visitors understand what some customers have appreciated, while each appointment and preferred pressure level can differ.

Reviews also mention therapist Lucy, whom one returning customer describes as a trusted massage therapist after meeting her at another location. Other customers call the setting serene and inviting and describe their sessions as relaxing. These are personal impressions rather than a guarantee of a particular atmosphere or outcome, but they offer useful context for people considering Massage 4 U. If you have preferences about pressure, focus areas, or comfort during a session, sharing them clearly with your therapist can help set expectations.

Feedback is not uniformly positive: one reviewer reported dissatisfaction with the length of a paid appointment and a conversation about tipping. Because experiences vary, it is sensible to confirm the session duration, price, and payment or tipping expectations with the business before starting. The sample reviews also mention a $60 price for a one-hour massage, but prices can change, so verify current rates directly rather than relying on an older review. Clear communication can help you decide whether the service fits your needs.
