Awesome boba and food! I love that they have a nice menu/selection and a rewards program, and for how good everything tastes, their prices are totally reasonable (especially compared to places like Happy Lemon with just okay drinks). The staff are always super nice too and really care about their work, especially the owner with his expertise and attention to detail in making sure the drinks and food are enjoyed at their best. I'd be here every day if I didn't live almost an hour away.

My family & I had a beautiful Mauritius Tea experience ♡ˎˊ˗ our drinks were delicious & was prepared in a timely manner. We also ordered the strawberry croffle & it was as yummy as it looked! Extra stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️ for friendly staff and customer service! My daughter was feeling a little blue & was getting teary eyed & one of the workers gave her a little teddy bear! Cheered her right up. He even found an extra bear for her baby brother. SO KIND!!!

I got the dalgona cream latte and it tastes amazing. We also got a smores croffle which was delicious. The owner was so kind and gave us a free Oreo banana dessert.

Fruit croffles are my favorite especially the banana creme brulee it’s light and yummy. I also tried the brown cheese croffle with ice cream after seeing good reviews, but personally it wasn’t for me. The drinks are decent, they lean more toward the milkier/powder side, so the flavors aren’t as strong as I prefer. Overall, it’s still a nice spot for a sweet treat, but the drinks could be better.

Our Korean friend recommended this place to try their bingsoo, so we decided to give it a try today. As soon as we arrived and placed our order at the kiosk, one of the Asian crew members informed us that there were no bingsoo available. We understood and ordered different items. However, as we were leaving and people were entering, we noticed that they had bingsoo available. This made us even more disappointed because we had been told that they were not available "shaved ice". I tried to clarify the situation by calling the place, but the staff there confirmed that they did have bingsoo. When I informed the owner that we had just left a minute ago and told him what the crew had told us, she claimed that they were too busy to make bingsoo. This response was unacceptable, as a customer can wait if they need to make it. The crew did not even ask us if we wanted to wait. We felt that the crew's excuse of being "too busy" was very inappropriate and unprofessional. I would not recommend the service. The staff needs more training on providing excellent customer service.
