About

MAZVO is listed on FindALoco in Phoenix, AZ with address, phone, website, hours, and map location. Common services and related keywords include Auto Repair Shop.

MAZVO is an auto repair shop at 4610 N 7th St in Phoenix, AZ, serving drivers looking for straightforward advice and help with vehicle maintenance and repair decisions. Customer feedback points to a practical, personal approach: owner Sean has helped customers assess whether a repair is worth pursuing, including by phone. That kind of conversation can be useful when you are weighing a costly estimate and want to understand your options before committing to work.

Services mentioned by customers include oil changes and air-conditioning troubleshooting. In one review, a customer who had been told the vehicle needed an evaporator-core replacement said MAZVO checked the car and determined that a refrigerant refill was all that was needed. The details of that visit reflect the value of diagnosis before repair: the right next step may be different from what an earlier estimate suggested. Reviews also describe help with general repair decisions, though the specific services available can depend on the vehicle and the issue.

Customers often describe the shop as transparent, hardworking, and trustworthy, and several appreciate not feeling pressured into unnecessary work. One customer highlighted an oil-change visit where staff also cleaned debris from the engine splash cover after noticing it. Review experiences are not all the same: while many customers praise the service, one reviewer described an unwelcoming interaction. Taken together, the feedback gives prospective visitors a more balanced picture and offers concrete reasons people return, including candid communication and attention during a visit.

MAZVO may suit Phoenix drivers who value clear explanations, want to discuss a repair before authorizing it, or need routine service such as an oil change. Reviewers mention flexible options for dropping off a vehicle or waiting inside, which may help customers plan around a service appointment; contact the shop to confirm current arrangements. The business is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and closed Saturday and Sunday. For local drivers searching for an auto repair shop in Phoenix, Arizona, MAZVO’s 4.7-star rating across 129 reviews provides additional customer feedback to consider when choosing where to take a car.

Sean the owner was able to help me just over the phone! He is the man and a no BS type of guy! Have never met him either but after he helped us decide whether we should even go through with a repair, I really want to meet him! Thanks again Sean, you’ve earned a loyal customer

Definitely the go-to auto shop I'd recommend for anyone in Phoenix! Tons of flexible scheduling for drop-off/waiting inside, and every experience was very transparent -- it never felt like they were trying to overcharge or take advantage. In fact, my first time here, I brought my car in for an oil change, but also asked if they'd check the brakes as I wasn't sure how worn they were (and if the brake pads did need to be replaced, I'd rather just do both in one appointment). I was fully prepared to pay for brake replacement, but the owner assured me they were in great shape and didn't need to be replaced. The shop has done great with other maintenance/repairs I've needed since (really, just a battery replacement), and just recently, I brought my car for an overall "check" before making a big, cross-country trip, and they didn't even charge me! Overall, 5/5 experience, and as someone who's *not* a car person, I really appreciate auto shops that don't leave me wondering if I'm being overcharged/taken advantage of.

Extremely rude and unwelcoming. Let me start by saying that I picked this shop specifically for the many good reviews. First time I came in the guy gave me my keys back before I paid and I almost walked out without thinking (I had a long day so sorry). Next time I came in he guarded the keys behind the counter as if I’d intentionally done it and would do it again if he didn’t make sure I paid first. Next time I sensed the tension and awkwardly asked if he had tap to pay so he would know I wasn’t trying to walk out without paying. When I got the car back I had a business card damaged in my backseat which obviously could have been a mistake. Next time I had scheduled an appointment there was an issue with the contact form I submitted landing in his spam box so I offered him my business card and explained that I help businesses with their online presence and email automations. I work with AI and it’s mentioned on my card and I knew his voicemail said something about “we don’t use ai answering machines” but I offered my services anyway with no mention of AI. There was a QR code on the card and the guy looked at it like it would magically steal his soul somehow. He said he had a family member handling that and I completely understood as it is a family owned business and that was the end of it. I had to catch an uber to make another appointment which let out much sooner than I had anticipated and decided to call in to ask if it might be ready since it had been an hour and I was originally quoted 1-2 hours so I figure rather than sitting in the KFC for the next hour I’d ask if I could come in. All of a sudden I was met with a no soliciting call screener (which I’m almost positive wasn’t enabled before that day but I may be wrong). The woman answering the phone who I believe to be his wife was very rude as if I’d offended her that I was asking about the status of my vehicle and was rushing them. For all I know she could have been the one managing their website and email automations. Once the service was completed he called me to let me know that it was ready to be picked up and I got the sense that he finished it up faster - not to accommodate my schedule but to get me the hell out of his shop - and he very quickly said that the vehicle was ready to go and hung up. Understandable if id pissed off his wife but honestly she was the one being rude to me. I can’t believe I had to explain my situation to get a status update on my own car. Again after the service another business card was damaged. Which could again easily have been a mistake but due to the circumstances and their stance on AI I highly doubt it was a mistake. I really don’t like spending my time and energy leaving reviews as I don’t think it’s a good use of time time but here we are after 4 services and every single one I’ve left feeling unwelcome despite nearly every single review saying how wonderful their experience was. I thought I’d bring some honesty to the mix. Needless to say I’ll be finding a new shop which I’m sure is what they want anyway. Good luck out there!

I went in for what was supposedly to replace my evap core ( I was told by 2 places I needed) they were quoting me $1600. He checked my car and called me back to let me know that all I needed was to refill my Freon. He is very honest and did not try to scam me which I’m very grateful as being a women it tends to happen. It has been a year and I have had no more issues with my A/C!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Excellent service, fast—hard working, and trustworthy staff. I love this place, they go above and beyond. Had an oil change today and the owner noticed a deceased cat filleted inside my engine splash cover—they went ahead and cleaned it up without battin an eye and went on with my oil change. 5 stars
