Around 1:50 PM I called this pharmacy to speak with a Mandarin-speaking female staff member I had previously discussed a medication question with. A male employee named Amo answered the phone. I politely asked if he could have her return my call and even offered to leave my phone number. Instead of responding to my request, he repeatedly told me to call back in 30 minutes. At 3:23 PM I called again and he answered again. I asked if the Mandarin-speaking staff member could take the call. I stayed on the line waiting. After waiting 27 minutes with no response, I drove to the pharmacy. When I arrived, the staff member finally picked up the phone and told me she had just been informed about my call. That means my call had been left waiting the whole time without notifying her. I understand pharmacies can be busy, but leaving a customer waiting on the phone for nearly 30 minutes without explanation is unacceptable. What made the experience worse was the dismissive and impatient attitude from the employee. As a Mandarin-speaking customer, this interaction made me feel very unwelcome. I hope management reviews this situation and improves customer service and communication.
The ladies that work there. Are very nice and efficient. Most time my prescriptions are ready to pick. I even get my dogs prescription from there. Which is way cheaper than walgreens, and CVS. And I could call in for my prescription and get it the next day. Most of the time.
