This pharmacy is awesome Not much selection but the staff more than make up it Fastest pharmacy around
This used to be a good place to go. Now that they consolidated with Lakewood pharmacy they will keep you waiting. I stood for almost ten minutes, just waiting for staff to acknowledge me. I felt it was very rude. People were there, just not seeming to notice me. Maybe not ten minutes but not two either. A young man discussing where to put the diapers with some women. No hello,no someone will be with you. No matter the time span I think it was rude
Beyond excellent customer service. Due to circumstances out of my Control, I was having a difficult time getting my baby’s antibiotics. The pharmacist went out of his way to make sure he got them. My baby was in pain and I am very grateful. While I was in the pharmacy, my older son with special needs ran into the back and grabbed a banana off of a desk. I was overwhelmed and a little embarrassed. The pharmacist was very understanding and even let him have the banana. He was so kind. They really care about their customers. I moved to another town and I will still do business with Mega Pharmacy. I’m a customer for life.
It's never overwhelming\ed with customers in my experience the line hasn't had more than a customer ahead of me.
The best staff and Pharmacist you will ever find. It is finally nice to encounter consistent and exceptional customer service. Mr. Chang is very knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to get what you need! I don't usually write these reviews, but I feel compelled here. They are awesome!!!!
