Sign in to reviewThey just lost a long time customer. Impolite front lady, no customer care skills. Called in a "pickup order, lunch special, Mongolian beef with steamed rice". Not very difficult, not unclear. At pickup I was charged more for regular entree and did not get egg roll and cheese puff that a "lunch special" should have. Pointed this out and was told "this is what he wrote down" in chinese characters. O...K... but it's wrong! My card had already been charged and there was no attempt by the lady to rectify the order for me. Left with the beef and a cup of rice for $14+. Figured it was not worth my time to take a fight. Not coming back again. Too bad. ///Marc
The best Chinese restaurant we always have!!! We did a catering order of fried rice and noodles which is my husband’s favorite from this location !! Everything was delicious!! Thankyou for making my husband’s birthday great!! Yall are awesome!!
Gold mine! Just moved to the area. Read several reviews and decided to gamble on the mei mei family special (thought this was such a great bundle). The egg drop soup was delicious! Pearl Thai tea is the best I’ve ever had…wish the cup was bigger. My husband was thrilled about how his combo fried rice tasted and couldn’t stop eating my beef dish! We will definitely be back. Clean, friendly and fresh!
I found Mei Mei's 30 yrs ago when I moved into the area. Been eating there ever since. Even after I moved to Austin, Mei Mei's was where we ate when we came back to the Dallas area. That's my comfort food go to place when I'm in town.
A great diner serving Vietnamese authentic dishes and some Chinese as well . Clean and comfortable dining room with plenty of space . Service is friendly and efficient. Had the beef rice noodles which was delicious and the hunan beef and sesame chicken. All were of high quality . The portions are generous and the place has a good vibe and suitable for families and has good takeout as well . The prices are reasonable and the value you get is well worth it . Highly recommended.
