Melody Boba House – Bubble Tea • Shaved Ice • Bubble Waffles

They have lots of very cute desserts. Wish that we had time to try more. The shaved ice was very good. I would suggest mixing it as there are some flavor gaps. Overall, a light very tasty dessert.

Great friendly space with lots of drink selections and tasty milk tea. I didn't get boba this time so can't speak to that yet but I got a waffle and the brown sugar milk tea (not pictured) and my friend got the other stuff. Waffle was crispy on the outside and good waffle batter flavor.

Poor customer service, lack of awareness, 0 respect and a whole lot of attitude. This place unfortunately turned out to be a disappointment for me. I honest wanted to give them a chance but it didn't turn out well. The young staff here is very rude! and frankly unprofessional and untrained. I understand they are young but they need to learn manners and stop acting so careless. On my 2nd visit, I brought my wife and children and we stood at the register waiting for someone to assist us, instead the young staff literally looked at us and ignored us as if we were not even standing there. They carried a conversation without breaking to acknowledge us, it made us felt so unwelcomed. When we tried to get their attention, they acted as if we were bothering and interrupting them while at the same time acting as if they were scared of us. This was my actual 1st attempt at giving them a chance. The 1st time I went, they don't greet anyone coming through their doors and I stood their for almost 10mins completely ignored. My 2nd attempt at giving them a chance I went by myself. After picking up the 2nd half of my order, I tried to be courteous to the staff member infront of me by telling her, "Thank you and have a great night" instead she kept her head down and responded to me under her breath, I only heard a sound and no actual words. It was as if she didn't even want to bother acknowledging me. Lastly, as I was leaving the store I stopped to put something in the trash as another staff member walked passed me to go outside as well. I was one step behind her as I was on my way out after putting something in the trash, this girl literally pushed the door open and let the door slammed right back into me while I carried my orders in both hands. I'm not expecting her to hold the door but as a customer you think the staff would be respectful to you. No! This girl kept walking and didn't even look back to acknowledge me at all or apologize. Absolutely disgusting behavior by her and her coworkers and I will never set foot in there nor recommend them. I thought I was doing good by giving them a chance to prove but they disappointed effortlessly. Why should we spend out money with these people if they don't and will not even express basic professional courtesy to customers? So disappointed. Train these kids better! I felt so unwelcomed because clearly certain people aren't welcomed there and I will take my business else where.

the interior is really cute and the staff are always very nice but their boba is just okay. i’ve had multiple drinks from here and the boba itself is always fresh but the drinks are kinda watered down/too milky and the tea flavor is pretty weak. even the mango milk tea doesn’t really taste like there’s any mango. it just feels a little overpriced for what it is. i haven’t tried anything else on the menu, however i have heard from friends that their blended drinks are good.

DELICIOUS shaved ice dessert! Macarons, cake, waffle ice cream, tea and blended drinks are also available. The staff are so nice. Music can be a little loud but it's a good vibe music. Lots of seating and natural light. The decors are cozy and I feel like I'm relaxing from home. I recommend stopping by here for their shaved ice dessert after a great lunch or dinner somewhere.
