Mercy Home Health - Quailbrook is a hospice provider in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, serving families who are exploring care and support for a loved one. Its office is listed at 4401 W Memorial Rd Ste 143, Oklahoma City, OK 73134. For people comparing hospice options in the area, the location and posted weekday hours offer a practical starting point for contacting the organization and asking what services may be appropriate. Because care needs and availability can vary, families should confirm current services, eligibility, and arrangements directly with Mercy Home Health - Quailbrook.

Hospice decisions often come during an emotional and demanding time, so clear communication and dependable coordination matter. Customer reviews describe different experiences with Mercy’s care and coordination. One family member praised the organization’s work compared with another home health agency, while another described using Mercy’s in-hospital hospice for a mother’s final days and called that choice a positive one. The review also noted that a private suite had made the stay more comfortable, while acknowledging that such a suite is not always available. These accounts may help families frame questions, but they are individual experiences rather than a guarantee of a particular service or outcome.

Other reviews raise concerns about arranging services and maintaining continuity. One reviewer described difficulty coordinating physical therapy, occupational therapy, nursing, and aide support for a parent. Another reported seeing several different nurses across early visits and not receiving requested dressing supplies as expected. Experiences can differ, but these comments point to useful topics to discuss before care begins: how visits are scheduled, who to contact with questions, how changes are communicated, and how supplies or additional support are handled. Families can share their priorities and ask what the team can realistically provide.

The listed office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday are closed. The business has a 3.8-star rating from 8 reviews, reflecting a small set of mixed public feedback rather than a complete picture of care. If you are searching for a hospice provider in Oklahoma City, OK, Mercy Home Health - Quailbrook may be one organization to contact as you compare local options. Ask about the type of hospice setting available, the care team and visit schedule, communication with family, and how urgent questions are handled so you can make an informed decision for your circumstances.

I’ve had Home Health through Integris for my father and I’m gonna tell you one thing Mercy by far, does a better job. My daughter was a nurse and she worked with different agencies and had a full-time job on top of that and so she got to know each agency what their billing practices were and everything like that but she said mom they’re good if you need anything you can call them and they’ll get it done as far as Integris while they left my daughter with a really crappy hospice bed to sit there and take care of her father and my daughter slept on the couch waking up every two hours to turn him and make sure his skin stayed good and he didn’t develop any bedsores and it was rough but she did it but then my daughter’s top but she doesn’t have a lot of good things to say about Integris. In fact, she had to go to the doctor with her father and she asked the physician to explain what a DNR was for her father. That physician actually almost refused till my daughter said you have the MD behind your name and it’s your job to explain it to him because you’re his doctor and trust you

We used Mercy in-hospital hospice for my mothers final days. It was the best decision ever! I have no experience with in home health or in home hospice but if you are given the option of in hospital hospice, do not hesitate. We were given a suite (not always available) that made the stay comfortable not only for our mother but for the family as well.

This last experience has been far below our first experience. In our first seven visits there were seven different nurses. We also asked for specific extra dressing pads and never able to get what we needed including a promise to drop them by over the weekend that did not happen. Plus plans for visits that did not occur.
