He worked on my car quickly, and his prices were better than any other mechanic or dealership I’ve been to before. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I need work done on my Audi. So glad I finally found a mechanic I can trust :)
I tried calling, leaving voicemails, and texting in order to make an appointment and it took a week for them to get back to me via text. They informed me that they do not work on my particular VW even though the previous owner of the vehicle took it there for years. When I asked what had changed they did not respond (maybe the will get back to me in a week). Maybe they do good work but based on this experience I would take your car and money elsewhere. Edit: I'm sorry I upset you. I called multiple times for multiple days before texting, that's what I was referring to when I said a week (though it may have been 8 days). Also, you never even asked me what type of work I needed done (you don't do oil changes?) and you never got back to me on what had changed until seeing this review which is a strange way to respond to the question. I'm glad business is going well for you guys and I wish you the best. I found a mechanic closer to me who had no trouble finding the parts and helping me out with general maintenance (and they don't even claim to be European car specialist).
Jose and Angelina are one of the most people we’ve met. They took care of us over the phone and was extremely transparent and didn’t try upselling anything. Straight to the point about our Mercedes! I provided a fault code and they immediately provided a quick appointment time and gave educational background on what the code implies and means. Great experience overall. Very responsive, scheduled us in quickly, and were upfront and fair about costs from the start. The team was kind and thorough, and even fixed our backlight free of charge, which says a lot about how they operate 🥹. Can’t recommend them enough and will be back as needed
