Spacious place with lots of outlets and good wifi for studying and getting work done. Love the promotion for all you can drink tea and the add a friend discount to it. Josh was very welcoming, and since we were new to the area, he explained everything on the menu and the perks of this tea shop. He made great drinks and had good recommendations. Highly recommend this location to study and hang out. Easy parking in a covered garage nearby, chill vibes, natural sunlight, and great drinks!

This was a good place but it sucks now. The last 3 times I been there they have been out of boba. Do they still offer boba? I went 3 nights in a row, and today Labor Day it was BOGO and so we were supposed to get half off. What’s the point of even driving so far if all they offer is strawberry milk. I can make strawberry milk at home for less than a dollar. Miao gonna charge me $10 plus tip for a strawberry milk? I wanted to call ahead and ask if they had boba but checking their website and guess what. No phone number listed either. 🤷‍♂️

The first all you can drink boba concept I've seen! It's also great that it closes at 3 am. Perfect place to hangout and support local artists who sell their merch here. SOFT OPENING Experience: There aren't any set drinks at the moment. Just a list of teas, flavors, and toppings (not listed on board but available). The strawberry and peach sweet cream were our favorites. We were told that they use homemade strawberry and peach jams for those drinks, which were wayyy better than the typical fruit syrups shops use. I loved the real fruit bits. In the future, I hope that they have some "signature drinks" people can just order. Marketing their homemade jams would also help them stand out! I also wonder if it's possible to give customers a single cup to use for drinks? That way it's easier to track who paid for the all you can drink and helps reduce plastic waste :)
