Sign in to reviewokay so I seriously had the cutest experience at Milano Nail Salon and I need to talk about it. first of all they were so sweet on the phone and even approved my custom design before my appointment which instantly made me less nervous. when I got there everyone was super friendly and welcoming and they even offered drinks and cocktails which made me feel a little fancy not gonna lie. Mia did my nails and she was AMAZING. I asked for a really specific cartoon design and she literally recreated it almost perfectly. like the details were so good and you can tell she really loves what she does. I kept staring at my nails the whole time because I could not believe how accurate they turned out. honestly if you want a place that feels nice and fun and can actually handle detailed custom designs I would totally recommend Milano Nail Salon.
Amy is one of the BEST nail technicians that I have ever come across. Her personality and professionalism for customer service was pure and authentic. I would recommend her to anyone who wants professional nail care. Great Service Milano @ Eldridge. staff was also Great!!
I LOVE my nails! This was my first time getting full set here. I gave Heide my idea and inspo pic and she made it come to life and was even better than i imagined! She was gentle and i told her i have soft nails so shes great to work with! I havent been able to find a nail tech i like or trust since i moved here.I was really hesitant to get my nails done, but im so happy Heide did my nails! Ive come here a handful of times to get a pedicure and everytime, im always greeted immediately with kindness and feel welcome. My christmas nails came out amazing and im already getting compliments on my first day wearing them. Thank you! I definitely recommend coming here for the atmosphere and great service!
I had a wonderful experience at Milano Spa! The nail extensions were done beautifully — very natural-looking and long-lasting. The technician Mimi and Kim paid great attention to detail and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Amazing Job .The pedicure was equally relaxing and thorough, leaving my feet super soft and refreshed. The spa was clean, well-organized, and had a calming atmosphere. Mindy is THAT GIRL!!!?? I would show you where my nails started, but that’s embarrassing lol. She got me in order tho. And perfectly. Great conversation. Wonderful skill set. She was fast and efficient and friendly and gentle! The entire team here was great!!! Accommodating with no wait! It was my first time but definitely not my last!!!
