You can really tell she takes pride in her work and cares about making sure everything looks flawless. Natalie did my toes and gave one of the most relaxing pedicures I’ve had. She was so gentle, thorough, and made sure everything was done perfectly. My toes look amazing! The staff at the front are also incredibly welcoming and friendly from the moment you walk in, which makes the whole experience even better. On top of that, the manager makes sure you truly love the service and checks that you leave happy, which says a lot about how much they care about their clients. Overall such a great experience amazing service, great atmosphere, and a team that truly cares. I’ll definitely be coming back! ✨
Julie did a great job on my nails! I'm so happy and can't wait to go back and get it done again.🤩 I'm a nail tech myself and am real particular about the health of my nails. I did shellac for years but felt like it wore my natural nail down too much. After giving it about a year's rest, I was suggested to try at gelx. This is less abrasive on my natural nail and can be easily removed without tearing down my natural nail. They put a very thin tip on top of my nail preserving the integrity of it. It's less wear and tear on it. Best color is called funny bunny and it looks so elegant. Thank you very much Julie! I am very happy with the outcome! 💯
I came here to get a regular Gelish manicure, but while I was chatting with my friend, the nail tech completely cut off all my nails — nothing was left! When I asked why she did that, she said she thought I wanted a full set. I had already explained 4–5 times what I wanted, so I have no idea how this got so messed up. I was extremely upset — my nails were cut down unevenly with no shape at all. She then said she would add fake tips so I would have “some nails” until mine grew back. I’ve never had fake nails before, but she said it was the only option after her mistake. There ended up being visible gaps between my real nails and the fake ones, which trapped everything I touched — very unhygienic! I spent $120 and had to call them afterward asking to remove it and give me a credit so I could come back once my nails grew out for the Gelish I originally wanted. The manager refused a refund or credit and only offered to remove it. I ended up going to another salon a week later, and as you can see in the pictures, it was a terrible experience — a waste of money and time. My healthy nails had to soak in acetone for 30 minutes just to fix their mess. A business in America should have staff who can understand and communicate in English. Miscommunication like this should never happen if they just listened to my original request. None of the techs there could speak or understand English properly, and it caused this whole disaster.
I have been coming to Bella for my nails and Kimmy for my pedicures for over a year now, and I will never see any other nail technicians. Bella always helps me pick the PERFECT color and does an incredible job. Every single time I get my nails done I get tons of compliments. She has been doing the GelX nails on me and she has never steered me wrong. She is also available by appointment which is nice and both her and Kimmy can go as fast or slow as you need them to. I cannot recommend Bella and Kimmy enough. They make the nail experience an enjoyable one.
Melissa is the best nail tech for design. Did different designs each finger and turned out beautiful. Ask for melissa!
