Sign in to reviewComing from a professional licensed nail manicurist myself, I really like this place. A pedicure with 2 add ons (exfoliating salt scrub and callus remover) was 45$ even. Such a reasonable price considering it’s cheaper without those add ons. I will say I wish they had more color variety in regular polish. I appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell me from what I wanted. I like that they’re open on Mondays. They were gentle while clipping and the work was clean. A lot of places don’t use the right tools that we’re taught to use but this is the only place I’ve noticed they follow protocol. I secretly noticed that their state board pedicure logs were up to date and the area was clean. Workers were polite and efficient. I highly recommend. I will be a repeating customer from now on. Just a reminder, they don’t accept tips on card so you’ll have to bring cash or use Venmo!
$68 for a Mani/pedi with no spa treatments seems a bit steep. I got gel on my hands and regular polish on my toes. The girls who serviced me were nice, efficient, and the job was well done. This was my first time visiting this establishment. I'm somewhat new to Santee and didn't have any idea where to go. Went there based on the Google reviews alone. When I entered around 11am during the weekday there were no other patrons. Should have been a red flag for me. There was no menu to pick services from. No price listings. Other than a verbal, "would you like callous removal' I wouldn't have even known it was an option. I wanted to get a little pampering for myself before my baby was born next week. But this was a disappointment. I would have liked my feet and arms massaged like other places I've been to over the years. I was a bit surprised they didn't accept tips. But it didn't dawn on me until later that they don't accept tips on a credit card but probably accept cash. I don't carry cash on me.
I used to love coming to mimis because they’re affordable and their not too bad but ever since Mimi left they’ve just become so unprofessional. On the phone they said it was $30 for a gel pedicure but charged me $40 because she exfoliated my legs and feet. she did ask if I wanted it but I thought she was just making sure if I wanted it even though I thought it was already Included so I ofc said yes but she didn’t tell me it would be extra so when she said it was gonna be 45 I asked why & thats when she decided to tell me that’s it’s extra. Not only that but I think they reuse the same tools including the feet scrubber.
The woman that did my nails wrote the information down incorrectly so she had scheduled a shorter time initially but was able to fix it. However, she spent the entire time making rude comments to and about me! Very uncomfortable, if I wanted to be insulted nonstop I could get it for free by angry customers. Not interested on ever coming back here, and recommend all others to stay away as well!
Love Tiffany! Always accommodating and super sweet! She does the best nails! Everyone in the salon is very friendly and nice!
