The woman at the front desk was so helpful. I came in a minute before they closed and she was patient with me and ordered a new set of lenses for my frame, and the whole process was super smooth.

Very kind & helpful front desk. Also a very kind and helpful doctor (Dr. Ashby Jones). He was quite good at explaining each procedure and why he was doing each one.

Front desk is super sweet and the dr. Was very thorough and professional! Sad to see that reviews from over 5 years ago are still hurting this place's google rating 🙄 …

They do a careful, thorough, professional job here, and the quality of care is excellent. The staff (front desk) are greatly improved over prior years. I have been able to get in for medical emergencies (eye infection) on short notice. It can take a long time to get in... that is a function of supply and demand, not the doctor's fault. The doctors here are both excellent (I go to one, my wife to the other).

I came here for a routine eye examination. They don’t take walk ins but they can put you on a standby list if there are any cancellations. I was able to see Dr. Jones in 3 days because of the standby list. The receptionist will check if they take your insurance when you call to schedule an appointment. I’m very happy that I didn’t have to wait at all for my vision exam. That’s an effective appointment system to me. I felt like Dr. Jones was thorough when doing my vision exam and was willing to answer any questions I had. He didn’t push me to get unnecessary glasses. I will definitely come back for my annual vision exam next year.
