Sign in to reviewWe went to the market to grab some fresh fish for sushi and took the opportunity to stop by the food court for some Japanese food. My sons had the ramen, tempura sets. Husband got the curry katsu, and I had the shrimp wontons with black pepper garlic soup and my salmon and ikura bowl
A frequent visitor here either to grab dinner or to get groceries. Their bakery did have some great offerings including occasional pop up like this weekend with apple pies! Getting their almond cream apple pie and was sold straight away even being non-apple-pie-fan. The attendants in the grocery store as well as the cashiers were always very friendly, just like typical Japanese attendants who’re super helpful. I called this store small yet mighty, serving pretty complete selections of Asian staples that you might have in mind especially when you’re trying to cook Asian dishes. In fact, being efficient with space made the shopping experience easy.
Mitsuwa is fantastic for Japanese specialties and sushi-grade fish. Perfect for a quick sushi lunch, and also a great spot in the evening if you’re looking for a full Japanese meal. Always fresh, high-quality, and reliable - a must-visit for anyone who loves Japanese cuisine.
Great store with Japanese food and other goods, plus there is really good food court with delicious food
It is a place where a Japanese market and a Japanese food court are combined. There are 5-6 Japanese restaurants where you can order directly, pick up, and sit at a table to eat. You can buy drinks and cold sushi food at the market and eat them at a table with other food. You don't have to pay a separate tip and you can park comfortably in the large parking lot. It seems good for these days when the economy is bad. The food is average. It is a market in many cities. I recommend it if you are interested in Japanese food, sweets, and drinks.
