I had such an amazing experience at this nail salon! From the moment we walked in, the customer service was absolutely top-tier. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. As soon as we were seated, they even offered complimentary refreshments, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the experience feel even more relaxing and welcoming. They answered every single question we had without hesitation, attitude, or making us feel rushed, which I really appreciated. They were incredibly informative and helpful throughout the entire process, making sure I understood my options and felt comfortable with my choices. What stood out most was how willing they were to help with any inquiries or concerns. If there was anything I didn’t like or wanted adjusted, they handled it with patience and professionalism and fixed it as best they could without any issue. At one point, an inconvenient issue came up, and instead of brushing it off, they immediately called the owner, who personally talked us through everything and even came down to the shop to make sure it was fully sorted out. That level of care, accountability, and dedication to customer satisfaction really impressed me. It’s rare to find a place that combines talent, kindness, and true customer care so effortlessly. You can tell they really value their clients and take pride in their work. I left feeling happy, confident, and well taken care of. Definitely a 5-star experience, and I’ll absolutely be coming back!

disappointed by my experience. The people were nice but the service was not worth the time or price. I pointed out what I wanted from the nail technician’s photos and she wasn’t able to complete the first look. I then had to change designs, this also doesn’t look good at all. At that point I just wanted to leave. When I was checking out, I was given two different prices of 140 and then 150 at the register. It was confusing why the price I was given changed at the register. Very disappointing. The nails in the photos look pretty but I seems like only some people in the salon can do designs well. Pedicure was fine.
