Went on their first soft-opening day and absolutely loved it! 🤍 My favorite was the white champaca milk tea. Definitely recommend giving it a try! Even though there was a long line outside, the cashier was super friendly and welcoming. They even had big fans set up outside to help everyone stay cool while waiting.
Good tea. Line was quite long but the speed was fast.
During their soft opening, it was extremely crowded and hectic. I tried their Velvety Matcha Supreme, but honestly, I barely tasted any matcha. It tasted mostly like jasmine green tea with just a hint of matcha. If you’re looking for a strong, rich "matcha matcha" flavor, this probably isn’t for you. The employees seemed overwhelmed and the whole process was pretty disorganized. One cashier taking orders outside the register area suddenly disappeared for her break without any announcement, everyone in that specific line who had been waiting for her to take their orders, including myself, was left confused and had to figure out on our own what we were supposed to do. This ended up delaying our turns even further. I understand it was a soft opening, but overall, it felt like they were rushed to open while putting more focus on influencer marketing than making sure the team was ready.
Went before the grand opening and the line wasnt too bad. Got the jasmine milk tea and it was very floral!!!! If you're a fan of jasmine tea you will fall in love with it!!!
This place is great in California but idk what happened but it was a bit watery and the tea flavor wasn’t as strong / a little burnt (?). Something was wrong. I get that they are getting much more traffic but my tea on opening weekend was much better than the one today. If I’m spending 7-8$ on a drink, it needs to be consistent. Maybe next time will be better.
