Low key one of the best spots in this part of Santa Ana. It's a group of Latino chefs making awesome Japanese teriyaki bowls. Price is good, food is awesome. The way the hot sauce and teriyaki combine is truly special.

Favorite grilled chicken and rice spot. They added CC and NFC pay last year so that's a plus. They also have Sriracha packets now. Great upgrades. Love this place.

Food is great, customer service is horrible. They charged me incorrectly the first time then as they were about to hand me my order they realized they made a mistake and charged me the difference. No issue there but they gave me the incorrect order. I called to let them know of the mistake. Juan was very rude and disrespectful. Juan was rude and dismissive. I asked for a supervisor’s name, which they were reluctant to provide. Eventually, I was told the owner’s name is Alejandro, When I asked when Alejandro would be available so I could speak with him directly, Juan hung up on me. Overall, this experience was disappointing—not just because of the mistake, but because of the lack of accountability and poor customer service. I would have appreciated a simple acknowledgment of the error and an effort to make it right, rather than being blamed and dismissed.
