Mr. Wish Chinatown is a bubble tea store at 216 N 10th St in Philadelphia, PA, in the city’s Chinatown neighborhood. It offers a convenient stop for people looking for a tea, smoothie, or milk tea while exploring the area or meeting up nearby. Customer comments describe a small, pretty shop at the corner of 10th and Spring, with wallpaper featuring recognizable Taiwanese buildings, including Taipei 101. The compact setting may feel more intimate than a large café, while the themed interior gives the visit a distinctive sense of place. With a 4.3-star rating from 454 reviews, it has drawn feedback from a range of local customers and visitors.
The drink selection is a notable part of the experience. Reviews mention orange green tea with a fresh orange flavor and pieces of orange in the cup, as well as a mango drink that one customer enjoyed enough to wish they had ordered another. Other customer favorites include the Peach Sunset smoothie and Pearl Milk tea. These examples give visitors a sense of the variety described by guests, from fruit-forward drinks to milk tea with pearls. One reviewer notes that the Pearl Milk tea at this location tasted sweeter and looked pinker than at other Mr. Wish shops, so the flavor may differ from what returning customers expect elsewhere.
The shop can work for a quick individual drink, a casual stop with a friend, or an outing with a child who is eager to try bubble tea. A parent described visiting with her daughter, who chose Pearl Milk tea while she ordered a Peach Sunset smoothie. That kind of mix-and-match order makes it easy for a group to choose different styles of drink. The small interior is worth keeping in mind if you are expecting a spacious place to sit; one visitor found it nice, but smaller than anticipated. Customers looking for a particular topping may also want to check availability before making a special trip, since one review describes pearls not being ready at the expected time.
Mr. Wish Chinatown is open daily from 10:00 a.m. Friday through Sunday, it stays open until 10:00 p.m.; Monday through Thursday, it closes at 9:00 p.m. These hours make it an option for a daytime refreshment or an evening drink in Chinatown. Whether you are interested in orange green tea, a fruity mango drink, a smoothie, or Pearl Milk tea, the customer feedback offers practical details to help set expectations. For a first visit, consider the shop’s compact size and note that preparation timing for toppings can vary. Its central Philadelphia address and range of reported drinks make it a straightforward stop for bubble tea in the neighborhood.

A small but very pretty store in corner of 10th and Spring. The store has wallpaper of iconic Taiwanese buildings including Taipei 101z They have so many varieties of drinks. I got the orange green tea. Such tasty drink, could totally feel the orange in it. They also put orange pieces in it. Service is fast. They also accommodated our request of giving us some bubble in a cup for my toddler.
Loved my mango drink, if I could have bought more than one I would have!
Pretty frustrating experience. We stopped by around 10:20 a.m., but they told us the pearls weren’t ready yet and would be ready by 11:00. We left and called ahead before coming back to place our order, and that’s when they told us it actually wouldn’t be ready until 11:30. We came back at 11:30, but still ended up waiting another 20 minutes for our drinks. The staff wasn’t rude at all, but it just felt like they weren’t prepared for the day. I understand things happen, but having to make multiple trips and still wait that long was really disappointing. Hopefully they can be better prepared in the future.
I went with my mini me because she's been talking about this boba tea forever so we finally had the chance. I'm glad we did! I had a Peach Sunset smoothie and she had the Pearl Milk tea. The location we chose was not what I expected. I thought it would have been a larger space but it was still nice. The table we chose still had straw wrappings on it but no biggie the smoothie and tea were still delicious. I loved the chunks of peaches it had. While we were there it became a bit crowded because it was the after-school rush. I think we'll try different locations and different drinks for different experiences. I would recommend trying this out.
This place is great, but the taste of the drinks are different from a lot of other Mr. wishes. For example, the pearl milk tea is a pinker color, and it is sweeter.
