Sign in to reviewThis pharmacy has been shorting my mom on her prescription count for the last 3 years. She never brought it to my intention until now, which is why I’m writing this review. I understand if it’s a 2-3x occurrence, but when it is continuously 1 short, I believe that it’s an intentional act to save themselves money. The customer service is also unprofessional.
My family and I always get our prescriptions here. The employees feel like family and I trust they get the best deal for my meds. I refered all of my family and friends for their covid tests and they do a great job helping us with the procedure.
Horrible experience! For one i wasn't greeted coming in but instead was stared at in disgust. So I let the elderly lady with the mushroom hairstyle know who I was who then proceeded to tell me I had no refills and in reply I let her know I'm not there for a refill. I told her I was there for my medication that she just called me for 20 mins prior to my arrival and once I said that she magically found it. It felt like she didn't even want me to even have a prescription there (if you know then you know, lol) Maybe because I was black idk. That's not even the bad part. The bad part is she basically threw the medicine on the counter at me and walked away. Don't believe me? Rewind those cameras. She didn't even give me directions or ask if I needed to speak to the pharmacist which was either the lady on the phone or the lady filling the prescriptions in the back. I don't fault those two ladies because they were busy working. It was the elderly lady with the attitude. Now today being an holiday I have to wait til my Dr office opens before I can ask the questions needed answered. I felt extremely uncomfortable staying after she walked away in disgust. I was referred there by my dermatologist. Never again. I advise POC to not visit this location. I was better off going in the nice area where I live. Instead I drove here with recommendations from my dermatologist. I am very disappointed in the customer service at this location. I will not be a repeat customer. I go where I'm appreciated not tolerated and I advise you to do the same.
You're putting my family's lives in jeopardy. The physician clearly wrote out 3 refills for an antibiotic and can come back when the next refill is ready. You guys are telling my family member that all of the refills have been full-filled? This is the first of three, how is it already full-filled? You gave the run around when my family called for the refill of the antibiotics again saying you cannot refill them. I call MYSELF (knowing how the health care system works), you tell me that it's still available for pick and that only 1 of 3 is full-filled. Liars. Scammers. Putting my family in jeopardy.
We called around 8:00 a.m. and wanted to schedule a covid test for the same day. Luckily there was a time slot available at 11:00 a.m. When we arrived, we were instructed to call in and remained in the car. Within a few minutes, an assistant came out and assisted us in taking the covid test. We were done in less than 10 minutes. We got the result within 2 days as informed. MTM got this whole testing down to the T. They are very friendly and professional. We would like to recommend this place for everyone!!! Thank you MTM!!!❤❤❤
