Naga Tea. USF is a bubble tea store in Temple Terrace, Florida, at 10950 N 56th St, Temple Terrace, FL 33617. It’s a convenient local stop for milk tea, boba, and other specialty drinks, with a menu customers describe as straightforward to browse. Naga Tea is open every day, Monday through Sunday, from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., giving students, nearby residents, and visitors plenty of time to stop in for an afternoon drink or an evening treat. The business has a 4.5-star rating from 560 reviews, offering a useful overview of many customers’ experiences while leaving room for individual preferences.
The drinks mentioned by customers include Oolong Milk Tea with ice cream, Pandan Caramel Thai Milk Tea with sea salt crema, and Thai Tea with boba. These examples suggest a mix of familiar milk-tea favorites and distinctive flavor combinations. One reviewer appreciated the quality and considered the price fair, noting that two large drinks with add-ons and a tip came to about $18. Another customer described the milk tea as rich and fresh, while a separate review praised the Thai tea and boba. As with any drink shop, tastes differ: one reviewer found the drinks enjoyable but not exceptional compared with other nearby options. That range of feedback can help visitors set realistic expectations and choose based on the flavors they like.
Naga Tea’s atmosphere is part of its appeal for some guests. Reviews describe a calm, pleasant space, and one visitor specifically noted that the bathroom was tidy and clean. Another customer enjoyed the anime and manga pages displayed throughout the shop, giving the interior a distinctive visual character. These details make the store worth considering if you want somewhere to sit with a drink rather than simply pick one up, though the experience will depend on your own preferences and the moment you visit. A review also mentions a cherry danish, so customers have at least shared a bakery item alongside their tea experience.
For a first visit, the customer comments offer a few concrete starting points: try a Thai Tea with boba if you want a familiar combination, or look for the Oolong Milk Tea and Pandan Caramel Thai Milk Tea for other options that reviewers have ordered. Add-ons such as ice cream and sea salt crema are also mentioned in customer feedback. Naga Tea may suit students, local tea fans, and groups looking for a relaxed stop with late daily hours and a menu that includes both classic and flavored milk teas. Since individual preferences vary, consider the reviews as guidance rather than a guarantee. Find Naga Tea at 10950 N 56th St in Temple Terrace, open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon and ordered a large Oolong Milk Tea with Ice Cream and a large Pandan Caramel Thai Milk Tea with Sea Salt Crema. With the add-ons and tip, the total came to about $18 for both drinks. Fair price and quality! I like how straightforward the menu is, even if the milk tea selection is a bit smaller than other boba shops. The Oolong Milk Tea with Ice Cream is my favorite and wasn't overly sweet, even at 100% sweetness. The Pandan Caramel Thai Milk Tea with Sea Salt Crema was a little sweeter but still well balanced without flavor fatigue. It wasn't busy when we visited, so service was fast and friendly, and ordering through the self-serve kiosk was easy. The shop has a calm, clean, and inviting atmosphere with plenty of seating for studying or relaxing, plus board games to enjoy while you sip your drinks!
As a Taiwanese person who loves boba tea and frequently visits different tea shops, Naga was by far the most disappointing experience I've had. I'm giving it 1 star because, while all five drinks we ordered were good, they weren't anything exceptional. There are definitely better boba shops nearby. My main issue wasn't the quality of the drinks, it was the unfriendly customer service, the business policy, and the lack of flexibility. I ordered five drinks, including two Brown Sugar Milk Teas (one for my daughter and one for my husband). These drinks only come in a large size and automatically include boba. My daughter didn't want the boba in hers, so I politely asked if they could simply transfer the boba from her drink into my husband's identical drink. The employee told me they couldn't do that and that if I wanted extra boba, I would have to pay for it. I explained that I wasn't asking for extra boba. I was simply asking them to combine the boba that already came with the two drinks into one cup. They wouldn't be giving me anything additional or losing any product. The employee's response came across as unfriendly, but I understand she was following the store's policy. My disappointment is ultimately with the policy itself, which felt unnecessarily rigid and not customer-focused. It was a simple, reasonable request that could have been accommodated without any additional cost to the business. With so many excellent boba shops nearby, including several within a block, it's hard to justify returning when other businesses are more willing to accommodate reasonable customer requests. Based on this experience, I won't be coming back or recommending Naga to others.
Good 🧋, very nice, calming 🪬 atmosphere🌌. The bathroom🚽🧻 was clean and very tidy ✨and actually had nice fixtures and was disinfected🧼( see 📸). I was 🔺 on August 27th, in the afternoon, around 1:00 p.m. The 👧 that made our 🍹🧋 she made them very fast and they were very 🤤, and yummy, that's putting it lightly. No problem with our 🥤🧋. The 👧🏻 that took our order, (there were 2 ladies working) you could tell we had never been there before, and also told them as such, 👧🏻 said that "you can't mix any flavors, you can't put an extra flavor in your drink, basically you have to only get specifically what's listed and that's it, nothing can be added except for when you get tea, you can add the fruit or puree, but you cannot add any other flavors to your drink" , (now mind you my partner ordered a 🥥 matcha milk ☕ with mango puree, a drink on a board not on the menu). Now, you can get 🫧boba or the jellies, but if you want to add any other 🍓🍑🍊🍌🥭🍍🍐🍈🍠🍇 other than what the menu states it has in each drink, its not possible AT ALL. Basically, in summary "they cannot put anything in your drink besides boba's or jellies unless u get a fruit tea then you can alter it, otherwise no cigar." - according to the 👧🏻 that was running register this day. Now I understand every place has rules and that's fine. But I really don't believe that I cannot add anything to a 🧋🥤, considering the drink that my partner had. It just doesn't make sense. Sorry just had to rant a little bit but I thought she was kind of rude; considering we had never been there before and also, after we got our 🍹🍸, we were asking questions about the cute little pins ( see 📸) and they completely ignored us and we're playing on their 📱, having their own conversations. ( Soich for that, asked for a price didn't get an answer ) So again, the drinks were amazing and very fast but customer service was mediocre at best. I feel like the situation could have gone a alot-a-bit better. The 3🌟 are not for the actual drinks or the stuff that is provided to you/ us, there, just the customer service in particular is the reason for the 2 missing 🌟
The milk tea at Naga Tea is absolutely delicious! The flavors are rich, and the drinks are always fresh. Highly recommend!
Delicious cherry danish. Got a Thai Tea with boba that was equally lovely. And the place is covered in anime manga pages. Super cool.
