Sign in to reviewI have been coming here for almost 5 years now. Every single tech in this shop is fabulous. Tiffany and Mimi are my girls that I book with and I love them. This shop also does not hurt my cuticles as other shops have in the past. 10/10 would recommend!

They give top quality service and great customer service for greeted us with smiles and Steve, offered a glass of champagne beautiful decorations wonderful setup.. they really nailed it at this salon 💗 literally! I will definitely refer friends and family!!! …
My pedicure looked nice and the tech helped me choose a really good combo. There was confusion regarding my service, however; on the phone I requested mani pedi and when I said no to gel my tech thought I said no mani. When I clarified there was an air of me being an inconvenience to the staff, the look on one tech’s face was utter annoyance which gave me an uncomfortable feeling. I couldn’t wait to leave to be honest. The manicure resembles something I could have done myself at home. Massages were short, the massage with the pedi was more of a rub down with lotion and overall the experience was not very relaxing. Also, my cuticle got cut pretty bad which can give a nasty infection. My nails got smudged pretty bad which I chose to just touch up myself at home. I enjoyed the complimentary wine but that didn’t really make things worth it. Writing this review with a heavy heart as I do not enjoy giving negative feedback. I will refrain from returning.
Got a mani and pedi done here on Friday morning. Saturday the gel started lifting on thumb, and the gel on my toes was chipping as well. Monday morning I went in to have them fixed which they did. However after doing dishes shortly later the gel polish on thumb was peeling again. I want in to ask for a a refund which I was declined but offered to fix it for me. I already had to waste my day off at the salon an additional 40 mins in the morning to fix it and wasn’t going to waste more time. I explained to Diane that I didn’t have more time to have it fixed. She told me that she could only give me 10 bucks after I had to ask several times for a refund and explain I don’t have spare time. I paid $32 not $10:00! This business lacks professionalism, this business lacks understanding and does not value their customers time or money. Now I’ll have to go take more time from my already busy schedule and kids to have my nails redone. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS! I said I’ll write a review and her response is “it’s okay”. Lol like They’d rather not refund me for their screw up and that’s fine but hopefully nobody else waste money here and has to deal with this poorly run business.
