Nail Spa 27 is a nail salon at 2700 Canal St in New Orleans, LA, serving customers looking for nail care in a convenient city location. The available customer feedback describes a clean shop and nail technicians who are kind and welcoming, with one guest specifically praising the service and saying they planned to return. Another reviewer mentioned having their nails done by Tina and suggested asking for her. These experiences give prospective visitors a useful sense of the personal service some customers have enjoyed, while individual appointments and results can vary. The salon’s public rating is 4.2 out of 5 based on 175 reviews, offering a broader snapshot alongside the differing opinions shared by customers.

Reviews mention full sets, short gel nails, cat-eye finishes, and glitter or other nail design details, so Nail Spa 27 may suit someone considering a manicure with added color or decorative touches. The feedback is not uniformly positive: some customers were pleased with the welcome and their finished nails, while others felt that the quality did not match the price. One reviewer described difficulty seeing the requested cat-eye effect, and several raised concerns about the cost of a short set or added design. Because expectations about nail art and pricing can differ, it may be helpful to confirm the service details and total price before work begins. This can make it easier to decide whether the salon’s offerings fit your preferences and budget.

Located on Canal Street, Nail Spa 27 is an option for people in New Orleans seeking a neighborhood nail salon for routine nail care or a more decorative look. The comments suggest an approachable atmosphere for customers who value friendly interaction and a clean setting. At the same time, the mixed feedback makes it sensible to communicate clearly about the length, finish, colors, and design you want. If a particular effect is important, such as a cat-eye look or glitter on selected nails, describing it before the appointment may help align expectations. The reviews do not establish a complete service menu, so ask the salon directly about availability, timing, and pricing for your specific request.
