I encourage you to focus on addressing customer feedback constructively rather than resorting to intimidation. I added a screenshot of the owners Husband making threats because I posted a review on Yelp which had my nickname on it (Lola) about his behavior and my personal experience :::: I had an incredibly upsetting experience at your salon that I feel compelled to share. While sitting with my daughter getting my nails soaked off—because I was unhappy with the nail technician’s work, which was the complete opposite of what I asked for—I was falsely accused of theft. The technician became visibly upset that I didn’t like the nails and wanted them removed, and I agreed to pay the $15 soak-off fee. While I was still sitting in the chair, the owner called me and claimed I hadn’t paid and that I was no longer welcome in the salon. I was completely shocked and confused by such a blatant lie—especially considering my boyfriend was literally at the counter paying for my soak-off and pedicure at that very moment. I had already paid separately for my daughter’s manicure and pedicure. To make matters worse, one of the employees took my picture without my consent, saying it was “in case I run off.” That kind of invasive and threatening behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Despite the way I was treated, I still left a $10 tip for Tiffany, who was the only person that showed any courtesy or professionalism. She apologized several times for how I was being treated, and I truly appreciated her kindness. I am a professional pilot who was only in town for a short time, and I have never experienced anything so disrespectful in any salon or business. The dishonesty, rudeness, and false accusations were beyond insulting. Being accused of theft while I was still physically present in the salon and after having paid is outrageous. I will never return to this salon and strongly advise others to think twice before supporting a business that treats paying customers with such disrespect and dishonesty. BELOW!!! I posted a pic of my nails sitting in my BMW that another salon in Katy tx did. This is what I requested her to do but she could not deliver the right results or shape - which led to me paying for what was already done and getting the horrible nails soaked off. I also attached 2 receipts showing I paid for what was already done by the technician. which was clearly a mess.

When I tell you I love this design studio so much! Cindy takes care of me every single time! I adore her energy and her lovely work. Yes, these are REAL flowers 💐.. Please get your nails and toes done here you will be so happy you did! Thank you ladies for taking care of me and my family too! …

Omg!!!!! I’m speechless, today was my first time in this salon and I 100% recommend it if you want to relax, they are all so nice and caring. Cindy did my nail and she did such an amazing job. I’m in love with this place and the way they all took care of me. Thank you everyone and I can’t want to come back and get a new set with Cindy.

I live in New Orleans and I came here for the first time visiting my fiancee. I literally loved my nails so much I waited three weeks until I was coming back again and got them redone here. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you Yoyo and Lynn

From the minute I walked in , I knew my experience would be great. I was greeted with a smile and made to feel very welcome. The decor is beautiful and the pedicure stations offer a semi- private feel. First time visiting this location, and I'm in love. Employees are very nice and went above and beyond for the best experience. Cindy exceeded my expectations on my nail design and color, by far the best my nails have ever looked. I absolutely have found my new nail home !!! Before and after. Thank you Cindy 😍😍
