I’ve been coming to this nail shop for the last few months, and unfortunately my recent experiences have not been the best. There is a young lady at the front desk who repeatedly says my name incorrectly, even after I politely correct her. What’s more frustrating is that she doesn’t apologize and continues to repeat it the wrong way. It comes across as dismissive and unprofessional. On Sunday, I received an acrylic overlay on my natural nails. Within a few days, they began chipping at the corners. When I returned to have them fixed, I explained that the acrylic felt too thin. Instead of reapplying product where it had chipped (which would have been the proper fix), I was told they would just file it. The nail tech appeared irritated, likely because she was about to begin with another client — which I completely understand. However, that should have been communicated. I would have gladly waited or seen someone else. There was no apology, and the repair was rushed. My hand was handled roughly, and the filing did not fix the chip. It is still visible. At that point, I chose not to continue going back and forth because it was clear the issue was not going to be properly addressed. I also had my toes painted during that visit. The technician rushed through the service and did not ask what shape I preferred — he simply assumed. Attention to detail and basic communication go a long way. Another concern is the inconsistency in customer service. I’ve noticed that I am rarely, if ever, offered a beverage, while other customers who come in after me are offered drinks multiple times. I don’t like to make assumptions, but the difference in treatment has been noticeable and uncomfortable. Everyone deserves to feel welcomed and valued when spending their money. It’s disappointing because there are talented nail techs here. However, professionalism, respect, and customer care matter just as much as skill. At this point, I will be finding another salon.

I’m disappointed with my experience today. I had a 6:00 PM appointment and arrived early at 5:50. I booked Kelly specifically based on a great previous visit. I waited for over 30 minutes without being acknowledged or given any update. The only interaction I had was with the young man at the front desk, who brought me acetone for removal even though I was there for a fill. When I clarified, there was confusion and little effort to help or find a solution. It wasn’t until I was visibly upset and preparing to leave that I was casually told Kelly was still with another client. Had I not stood up, I’m honestly not sure how much longer I would have been left waiting. Nobody offered if I could be helped by someone else. I was expecting nothing but professionalism, clear communication, and respect for my time. Unfortunately, that was missing today. This was extremely disappointing and reflects very poor customer service.

First time here and I absolutely loved it, staff we're super friendly and very positive vibes here and I am lovingggggg my nails! Halloween set ❤️

The best manicure place I’ve ever been. Very nice atmosphere, everyone here is very polite and patient, always trying their best to provide the best experience to the customer. Will and another girl was helping me with manicure and pedicure, and I am very satisfied with the result. My nails looks million dollar fresh after. I highly recommended this place and will definitely come back again. Already telling all my friends about this spot. Lovely 👌🤩
