This is my go to spot but today has me reevaluating everything. I came in the day before and they did a horrible job with my manicure. I paid 35 dollars for the takedown and regular polish. My nails were peeling within an hour. I called them and told them that I would be coming back to get my nails fixed. I came in the next day and the fixed it by changing it to a gel polish. I ended up having to pay an extra 25 dollars. This was disappointing overall! Usually they are good so this threw me off.

This is probably one of the worst places for nails. I asked for a full set, the lady proceeded to do gel manicure instead. More than halfway through when she was just about to put the color on, I asked her about when she will put on the extensions to which she responded’ I thought you wanted gel manicure only, you should have told me earlier!’. I clearly mentioned full set to her and the other lady before starting the process. Probably miscommunication because of a language barrier. But then, she also cut the side of my nail and it was bleeding and did not remove the nail polish from the side of my other finger (see pictures). Overall sloppy job and they don’t listen to you clearly. Also place and utensils are dirty, would not recommend this place to anyone!

This is my second time there now and I have had a great experience both times. First time I went for a fill and design I was a little scared because I’ve been to a few places now and they have done a bad job after saying they could accomplish the design I wanted. I was pleasantly surprised my fill and design came out great. This last time I removed my old nails got a new set and design. I was a little apprehensive because a different person was going to be doing the work , but I trusted the process and I’m glad I did she did an amazing job. I usually get acrylic nails because I had a bad experience with gel but my nail tech convinced me to give gel a try and so far I haven’t had and concerns about making that decision..Everyone I came across was friendly and helpful they work fast and efficient. I’m looking for a new nail salon for long term and I think I might have found it… You should definitely go and check them out ..

I had an excellent experience. I’m actually very picky/sensitive about getting pedicures these days because I just get a little bit anxious when the cuticle cutter comes out because of past experiences, so I started to just do my own nails, but it really hits different when someone else does it for you. I happen to be in the area and decided to treat myself and no exaggeration. Judy gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever had. She was so gentle! I really appreciated her calm demeanor, her careful touch and attention to detail. That was just really healing and I’m impressed lol. Thanks again, Judy!!

any bad review of this place is honestly a reach. yes, they do get busy. yes sometime even with an appointment u may have to wait 10-15 mins because they take customers as they come, and yes you are still a priority if u have an appointment but come on. u are running 10 mins late to ur appointment and someone is a “walk-in” when ur 10mins late? be so for real. ive never had a bad experience w this salon. every single worker is kind and attentive, and are so easy going if you want something fixed or changed. the prices are so reasonable! their chrome french tips are to die for!
