Sign in to reviewThe staff here was extremely kind, welcoming, and professional. Everyone was very sweet, and the overall service experience itself was relaxing and pleasant. I have no complaints at all about how I was treated. However, the quality of the nail work does not match the price I paid. I spent $176, and unfortunately the nails have visible bubbles throughout the acrylic/gel that cannot be buffed out. The only way to fix them would be to completely redo the set. For this price point, I expected a smooth, flawless finish. There was also some confusion with pricing. Before sitting down, I asked how much my nails would be and was told around $90, with the nail tech letting me know if there were any differences. I originally planned to get a design with a 3D flower on two fingers but decided against the 3D because I prefer painted designs. Since I removed an intricate detail rather than adding one, I assumed the price would stay around the same — but I was charged $110 instead. I also ended up with additional designs I didn’t specifically ask for, and while I understand I was relaxed during my pedicure and didn’t speak up right away, it still wasn’t exactly what I requested. As for the manicure, I chose the $55 package and specifically asked which package included shellac. I was told that one did, but after checkout I was charged an additional $16 for shellac, which was confusing. Had I known, I would have chosen a cheaper package instead. I believe this was just a miscommunication, but it did add to the frustration. Overall, the service and staff were great, but the actual nail quality and pricing consistency were disappointing, especially for the amount charged. I really wanted to love my nails, but unfortunately they aren’t worth what I paid.

I absolutely enjoy every time I come here! It's so relaxing and everyone is friendly. Emily and Trish take such good care of me. My Mom thinks the world if Van. I would be hard pressed to find this type of service elsewhere.
At first I was very disappointed when I made an appointment in advance only for them to tell me they could not do my nails, I almost walked out. Ultimately it worked out. Ken did a great job on my nails, and he was very kind!
