I’ve been coming to this salon for about four years now, mainly because it’s close to home. The service has always been just okay—not bad, ( a few time I’ve gotten bad service like , the person not understanding what I want or doing bad nails like crooked or uneven: there is one person I don’t like to do my nails because I feel that he only does it for money and rushes the entire process ) but never anything exceptional. I’ve continued to go because of convenience and out of loyalty, even when I’ve had to wait or when certain colors weren’t available. I’ve never been picky about who does my nails, and if there’s ever an issue, I always ask kindly for it to be fixed. Service is always rush ! However, my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. I was charged $180 for plain polish, 1 pedicure chair, and a basic nail service. This did not include tip. I always tip generously because I know the workers don’t get paid much, but this price felt completely unreasonable for the service I received. What’s more frustrating is that the salon advertises discounts for holidays and summer specials on their website. I booked my appointment with those promotions in mind, but when I got there, none were applied. There was no explanation—just a final bill that was way higher than expected. I’ve been respectful and understanding for years, but this recent experience felt like a clear lack of transparency and consideration for long-term clients. I won’t be returning.

Never will I ever come to this nail shop again. I decided to try a new nail shop to see if I can find something better. I came in for a fill now I will say the nails were very pretty I loved them at first. Then after day two, my nails started breaking. I did notice that the tech was only putting on a thin layer of acrylic when he was doing fill but I thought nothing of it now I only have two good nails on my left hand and four on my right. This has never happened to me before and I’m extremely upset If I can get them zero stars, I would never again.

I had been to this salon once before in 2023 and had a great experience. I got acrylic nails with dip, and the nail art looked professional, which is why I decided to come back. Unfortunately, my experience today was very disappointing—especially with the pedicure. The technician seemed rushed and skipped several steps that I could clearly see being done for other customers. My nails were not cut evenly, my nail bed wasn’t smoothed properly, and my feet were not filed well at all. The service was supposed to take around 45 minutes but was finished in about 35, which reflected in the lack of attention to detail. Communication was also very limited. I was only asked two questions the entire time (nail shape and color), and concerns I tried to raise during the service were not really addressed. The manicure itself was better, but even then, the initial work wasn’t done carefully. Another technician had to step in, and the polish had to be redone twice before it was acceptable. When I calmly explained that I wasn’t satisfied and asked how the issue could be fixed—either by redoing it another day or offering a solution—the response was unprofessional. One staff member became agitated, raised his voice, and dismissed my concerns. At one point, he sarcastically said he would give me my money back if I could file my own leg and make it smooth, which was inappropriate and disrespectful. Staff members were also speaking in Vietnamese and clearly expressing frustration about me, which made the situation uncomfortable and unnecessary. Later, another technician briefly scrubbed my feet for about 15 seconds, and it immediately showed so much improvement—this was exactly the level of care I had been asking for from the beginning. I understand that not every visit will be perfect, but the lack of professionalism in handling feedback was the most disappointing part. If a customer is unhappy, the goal should be to fix the issue calmly, not argue or dismiss them. I appreciated being offered water, but overall cleanliness could be improved. I likely wouldn’t return here for pedicures. My experience in 2023 was much better, so perhaps this depends heavily on the technician—but based on today, I was not satisfied.
