If you’re thinking about trying out this salon, do it! Everyone was so welcoming and kind. The ambiance is very relaxing, and you don’t feel like you’re being rushed through services at all. The pricing is affordable, and my nails and eyebrows look like exactly what I wanted and asked for. Brian did an excellent job with my liquid gel fill - couldn’t be happier, and looking forward to my next appointment!
I had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience here, and unfortunately, this was not the first time. I booked an appointment for Saturday morning and specifically asked if I could be the first customer of the day because I have a toddler at home and needed to arrange my morning around the appointment. They confirmed the time with me. When I arrived, the nail salon was CLOSED. I called Ashley, and she didn’t even seem to remember that she had booked and confirmed my appointment. When I told her, “You confirmed this appointment with me,” her response was basically: “Last time you came 10 minutes late, so now you wait. We are not coming early for you.” I honestly could not believe what I was hearing. Yes, during my previous appointment I was about 10 minutes late, and I apologized for it. But does that justify confirming an appointment with a customer, having them show up to a closed salon, and then intentionally refusing to be there on time because they were 10 minutes late during a previous visit? It genuinely felt like retaliation. I explained that I have a toddler at home and had arranged everything specifically so I could make this Saturday morning appointment. If you don’t intend to open at the agreed time, why confirm the appointment in the first place? Instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the situation, Ashley hung up the phone on me. This also isn’t my first experience with unprofessional behavior here. During a previous visit, the person doing my nails was visibly sick and had a runny nose while working on my hands. It was extremely uncomfortable and unhygienic. The main reason I continued coming here was because the salon is only about two minutes from my home, which is very convenient when you have a toddler. But convenience is not worth being treated this way. Telling a customer, in effect, “You were 10 minutes late last time, so we’re not coming on time for your confirmed appointment today,” is unbelievably unprofessional. After this experience, I will not be returning. Not recommended at all.
I made a last minute appointment for a nail refill. I was greeted warmly by everyone. The space is clean and they have hundreds of colors to choose from. Brian was great to talk to, patient and kind! I showed him the design I was …
I came in as a walk in and was treated so kindly. I ended leaving with a pretty bubblegum gel manicure and pedicure. I showed Ashely a picture on Pinterest and they didn’t own that specific color, but she was able to combine two colors to achieve it. The music, the decoration, and the overall environment was so relaxing. They even have massage chairs while you get your pedicure. It was overall a very pleasant experience and I absolutely love what I left with. 😊
I just moved to the area so I thought I'd walk over and see how Natural Nails and Lashes was as I was in need of a mani/pedi. I am so happy I did. Both Gigi and Brian were so welcoming and friendly and great at what they do! I decided to take my acrylics off and try Bio gel and I could not be happier with how my nails turned out. That was the best pedi I have had in a very long time too! Will definitely be going back.
