Sign in to reviewUsed ClassPass to get a basic manicure and basic pedicure. The service here was PHENOMENAL and they didn’t treat me any differently using the class pass. I let Tay pick out my color and she did a great job matching my vibe. They talked to me and every other guest like we had been the best of friends and this was a first time visit for me. I will no be utilizing them for all my nail/feet services moving forward. The shop was clean and they had individually wrapped pumice stones which was an added touch. Watched them accommodate another guest in a way that most shops would say no to. Just an overall great environment!
I went with my wife to Neon Nail, and even though I didn’t get anything done myself, I still wanted to leave a review because we had a really good experience. The staff was amazing from the start. Everyone was upbeat, friendly, and made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in. What stood out the most was how helpful they were with recommendations. My wife was deciding on what she wanted, and they gave her great suggestions without making her feel rushed or pressured. They were patient, positive, and easy to talk to, which made the whole visit feel comfortable and enjoyable. Amazing customer service, excellent quality, very reasonable prices. This has to be the best nail salon ever - definitely best I have ever been to.
Disappointed with the overall experience. I was charged before the service was even completed, which felt rushed and unprofessional. I left a 25% tip, but noticed the staff watching closely to see how much I’d leave—almost as if the quality of the service would depend on it. Unfortunately, even with that tip, the service was below standard. The manicure was one of the worst I’ve had. Cuticles were barely touched, and the edges of my nails weren’t smoothed out properly. As for the pedicure, they rolled up my pants so tightly it cut off circulation, and then left them that way. Since I didn’t opt for gel polish, trying to roll my pants down later completely ruined the manicure, despite waiting over an hour. Yes, the prices are low, but in this case, you get what you pay for. I won’t be returning.
Absolutely adore this nail shop! Jenny (the owner) is very friendly, personable, and an artist! All of the nail techs are professional and take their time. It is very quiet and relaxing, and they don’t try to rush your service (which is way I stopped going to any other place) They give AMAZING leg and neck massages. My mom and I live walking distance from this location and it’s been a great way for us to relax, reset, and feel pretty!!
