NEW ERA REALTY is a property management company in Las Vegas, Nevada, serving renters and property owners from its office at 6175 Spring Mountain Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89146. The company’s work centers on the practical needs of rental housing: helping tenants communicate about their homes and supporting owners with property management. For people comparing Las Vegas property management companies, the experiences shared by customers offer a useful picture of what working with the team can be like, including both positive feedback and concerns.

Several renters describe long-term relationships with NEW ERA REALTY, including one customer who rented through the company for five years and praised the team’s professionalism, understanding, and communication. Other reviewers say staff were responsive and helpful when questions or problems came up. These accounts may be relevant to renters who value having a management team they can contact and who want concerns handled in a professional manner. Experiences vary, however, so prospective tenants should ask how communication and issue follow-up work for the specific property they are considering.

Maintenance and repair requests are another recurring theme in customer feedback. A homeowner who has used the company for three years describes an online portal where tenants can submit repair requests or report issues, with vendors sent to address problems. Other positive reviews mention repairs being handled quickly. At the same time, some customers report frustration with repair delays or the quality of completed work. Because service can depend on the property and the circumstances, renters and owners may want to clarify how requests are submitted, who coordinates repairs, and how updates are shared.

For property owners, NEW ERA REALTY may be worth considering when looking for a Las Vegas company to manage rental homes and handle tenant maintenance requests. For renters, the reviews suggest that communication, responsiveness, and repair coordination are important parts of the customer experience—and also areas where experiences can differ. The business has a 4.1 rating based on 128 reviews. Reading a range of recent feedback and discussing expectations directly with the company can help both owners and tenants decide whether its approach fits their needs.

NEW ERA REALTY is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Its Spring Mountain Road location provides a local point of contact for people seeking property management in Las Vegas, NV. Whether you are an owner exploring professional management or a renter with questions about a managed home, consider contacting the office during business hours to confirm current services, procedures, and availability. Clear questions about maintenance, communication, and responsibilities can help set practical expectations from the start.

After five years of renting through New Era Realty, I can honestly say I’ve had a great experience. Melissa and the entire team have always been professional, understanding, and just a phone call away whenever I needed anything. Communication was excellent, and any questions or concerns were handled promptly. From my personal experience, I believe many of the negative reviews may come from situations involving unpaid rent or lease violations. I paid my rent on time, followed the terms of my lease, and never had a single issue with management throughout my entire tenancy. After five years, I returned the home in excellent condition, and we even completed a thorough move-out inspection with approximately 40 photos documenting the property’s condition. As of writing this review, I’m still waiting for my security deposit to be processed, but assuming everything is handled as expected, I have no hesitation in giving New Era Realty and Melissa a well-deserved 5-star rating. Thank you for making my five years as a tenant a positive experience.

I'm a homeowner and I've been using this company for 3 years. They are excellent! Every staff is very responsive and helpful. They have an online request portal for tenants to submit their repair requests/issues and send vendors to solve the issues quickly. I'm very happy with them

Terrible rental company! Managing properties owned by trusts that are based in different countries. You have no idea who your actual landlord is and they have no sympathy whatsoever, just there to take your money! When they actually do repairs, it can take months and the work is completely trash. If you don’t pay by the 5th they’ll charge you $450 plus late fee and serve you a 7 day notice even if you ask to pay at the end of the week on payday or have any type of emergency. Stay away from these people!! They seem decent until you sign the lease and everything changes! Please take into consideration the negative reviews and save yourself the hassle of dealing with terrible people.

I wish I could give this place negative stars! Some of the worst people I’ve ever dealt with. Please read the reviews and take them seriously. I’ve rented with them since 2021, I admit I was late on my rent pretty often but really stopped caring because when I would call and ask for a few days they would still charge me over $500 for a late fee and 7 day notice so I would take my sweet time to pay on that 7th day. I WAS IN A COMA FOR A WEEK AND THEY STILL SERVED A 7 DAY NOTICE AND IGNORED MY WIFE WHEN SHE ASKED TO SPLIT THE RENT THAT MONTH. I literally was hours from death and they didn’t care at all. Just wanted the money and made it harder on my family when I’m the main source of income and went into the hospital not feeling right and had to have emergency surgery and didn’t wake back up for 6 days. I’ve always had a home office, I work on music for a living and spent $3k completely finishing the garage when I moved in and an additional $5k in sound treatment. I went to all the neighbors, introduced myself and gave my number and told them if the music was ever too loud to send me a text and I have no issue turning it down. I very rarely would work past 8pm and if I did I kept it down. I always had a psycho neighbor across the street, her husband was cool but she would talk to trees at 3am cuz she took too many sleeping pills and other random drugs and then brag about it to other neighbors. One day I was editing with my door open, had the tv on which was louder than any music that I was working on and she stormed in my garage screaming at me to turn it down. I told her to leave but didn’t call the cops when I should have because I was trying to keep the peace and know she’s not all the way there. On April 1st I got a new drum and was messing with it in the garage at 2pm. She stormed in again screaming and started hitting my property causing $1300 in damage. She was charged with trespassing and malicious destruction of property and that’s where the hell started. She called the cops on me every night and reported me to the hoa. I sent in the police report of her charges and told the management and hoa what was going on. HOA was actually on my side and told me they’d ignore her if she called again. The cops have literally blocked her from calling about me so she has her son and husband call. Outta nowhere I get served a 30 day notice, I ask for 60 days since I have my entire family and household here and have another surgery coming up and they denied it and said “owner has other plans with the property”. I knew it was this crazy lady and later was able to prove it in court. I’ve been month to month for a couple years now and couldn’t do anything about it. The crazy lady’s husband tried to put a restraining order on me because I told him to handle his wife and leave me alone. All I’m doing is working to support my family. The judge denied it and ripped him apart calling him stupid and petty and that’s when he admitted they were the ones that got me kicked out. Idk how someone can enter my home, damage my property, admit it and get charged, and then get me kicked out. I literally left everyone alone and was the first person to help any neighbors in need. The next door neighbor never had any issues with my music yet she’s across the street and it’s too loud? I was working on church music at 2 in the afternoon and she called the cops. Another time some teenagers were parked on the street playing music at 11pm and cops were banging on my door at 130am cuz they called and said it was me. I had to show them video of the car and they were super apologetic for waking us up in the middle of the night. After they gave me a 30 day notice they thought I was going to pay rent the final month even though I paid $6k to move in which was supposed to be first, last, and deposit and I have the text from the agent to prove it. They served a 7 day notice and I told them I’ll leave early or I’ll fight it and stay at the house even longer and they agreed to my terms. Don’t let these clowns bully you!!! I’ll post more on another review.
